Location owner was friendly and helpful, but the truck was not ready when I showed up and I'm lucky the owner was still there to "turn over" the truck for me. The cab was dirty ( there was a half empty baby bottle on the floor, trash in the cup holders, floor was very dirty ), multiple cab sensor lights on ( tire pressure monitoring system ).

The app wasn’t working at all for my self-check in no matter how many times I tried. The inside of the truck was mainly clean but not kept to standards of previous times I rented a U-Haul.
