It would be nice to have a step rail for short people to get in the truck. The hand hold helps, but step rails are much easier. Even Lowes Home Improvement stores have added step rails to their trucks.
SANDRA WAI help was difficult
LISA HThe truck had been smoked in and there were ashes in one of the cup holders. Had I not had a deadline and if the office was manned by a person, not someone on a video screen, I would have returned it.
PAUL MI don't work for Uhaul, and don't want to. For all this work, the rates at this location should be much lower. Also, if you're going to use virtual managers, please ensure they know your property.
