This location and staff was great. It was not my chosen location to pick up the trailer. Uhaul switched it the morning I was to pick it up. Could never get someone to answer the phone at suggested location. Had to talk to regional scheduling to find a location near by that had a trailer.

First i tried to get one where i live and i was left waiting for 3 hours and still noone showed up. Then i had to go way outta my way to get a uhaul which wasnt clean at all the handtrucks were not strapped down and the truck pulled really bad to the right side. When i turned the uhaul back in they said i didnt put enough has back in it which i did and then they charged me almost 200 dollars for the uhaul this is ridiculous ill make sure to call a different company for any moving needs I have.

I had absolutely no problem with the location. Kelli was fantastic and work with us to ensure everything was wonderful. The problem I had is with uhaul company. I made a reservation on 7/19 and got my email confirmation and all. When I arrived yesterday to pick up my reserved truck my reservation wasn’t in the system. The only truck they had left was a 10ft. We had no choice but to get that truck. We were in an extreme time crunch and couldn’t go looking around for another truck for the size we needed. This completely made our move so much longer and more stressful. If it wasn’t for Kelli helping us any way she can I would of more upset. I would like someone from uhaul to contact me at. What happened to me what unexceptibal. I’ve used uhaul many times, but after this incident I will be looking into other moving truck companies.

There were no straps to secure items to prevent toppling over. I assumed they would come with the truck. No one suggested I get them from the store. Also, I went in ahead of time to reserve truck. I would have appreciated the suggestion to pick up the truck the evening before the big move so some packing could be done in the cool of the evening, and the rest early in the morning before it got so hot! Otherwise, everything went according to schedule.

I returned the Uhaul truck on Saturday 6/16/2018 between approx. 3-5pm. It was raining and the manager (Kelly) said they would not inspect the truck until the rain stopped. I said fine, assuming they would list the truck as returned. However, today I received a receipt charging me $57.24 and listing the return date as 6/17/18 at 12:36pm! I called the location to correct and talked with Brian Garrett and explained the situation. He gave me the 1800GoUhaul number and said he could not do anything because the manager - Kelly, is not in today. While I have been writing this review I have been on hold with your 800 number for 14 minutes.

Make sure everyone sees Kelly!! I have moved several times and used Uhaul before (sometimes to my chagrin) but Kelly was Very helpful, pleasant and professional. I will drive across town to deal with her for my next moving needs.

I actually had a horrible experience at Grove Road earlier that day and had changed my mind about renting a trailer. Apparently, U-Haul had just updated their system at the end of the month. The Grove Road Location could not get the trucks and trailers checked in fast enough and could not accommodate the demand on the store that day. I waited 20 minutes after having made a reservation earlier in the day for the trailer. Then, I hooked up the trailer myself and had to weave in and around the other trucks just to hook it up myself. When I returned back in the store to do the paperwork and pay, I was sent to the back of the line. At 50 minutes, I told them to cancel the reservation and had some unpleasant words with an employee. Then, I went back and dropped the trailer where I was told to move it after having hooked it up myself. I will never visit this location again, and the sad thing is for the last 2+ years I have been a pretty regular customer there, but never again. If you want more details, feel free to call me at 864-908-6825. Let me end by saying the ladies at Midgard were professional and easy to work with. When I need the next truck or trailer, I will drive the extra 8-10 miles to avoid the Grove Road location.

My overall experience was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. All the customer service reps were helpful, friendly, fast and accompanying at this location.
