Better directions on how things are suppose to go and where things are located with no attitude with it being someone’s first time. Overall the guy helping me at the end was very nice. The women that helped me do the reservation at the beginning wasn’t so much.
SHEENKA DAll the bullshit automated stuff sucks when you lose people you lose a personal touch like a real business should be U-Haul has been used by me. I’m 58 years old. I’ve used it 30 times in my lifetime at least and it was the hardest reservation to get accepted because it was all virtual online bullshit and no human being involved. It sucked.
