I was informed that I would be charged if the fastener around the handtruck was returned broken. I did not use the handtruck, yet I was charged. When I called the office to have it removed, they said it was broken and they had to charge me. I insisted I did not use (why would I lie? It's only $7) but they could only say it was broken and they had to charge me. It was my word against theirs and they weren't budging. I gave in because, again, it's only $7. But there has got to be a better way to handle the handtruck situation than with an unreliable fastener or someone's mistake because I did not even touch that handtruck. It was a stupid conversation to have. "I didn't use it." "Well, the seal is broken." "But I didn't use it." "But the seal is broken. We have to charge you."
Hope you come up with something a little more reliable than that.

Nicole was great. I was running late and she stayed open and even had the paper work ready when we got there. Excellent service with a smile.
