The location was great, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process easy. My only issue was with the overall cost. I ended up paying nearly $90 for what I expected to be about a $20 rental. I stayed within the mileage limit and even returned the vehicle with slightly more gas than when I picked it up, so the final charge was a surprise. To be clear, my concern is with U-Haul’s pricing and fees, not this specific location. The employees and service were great, but the unexpected cost left me disappointed.
