The customer service here was actually the worst. The guy worker is very unhelpful and can’t understand a word he’s saying and then gets frustrated when you can’t understand him. I was trying to do the check out on my phone and he came up and just took over everything and made the whole thing confusing.

M CPain in the butt. Make reservation online, save credit card info to make it easy to check truck out. When you show up the person over there has to call another person at an offsite location, who has the iPad to do that rental. Then they take all the info you just spent 10 minutes filling out online to expedite the process. To make matters worse, after waiting 25 minutes to deal with this to get the uhaul, I start the truck up and its on dead empty, below the empty line. So I put in gas and it ends up being way more gas than I used. Feel like y'all owe me $20
