Not tell them it's 19.95 and that is it then you get there & it laden with hidden fees. Such bullshit I filled up the gas over he correct amount as well & don't get credit for it. For 3 days and I only moved it twice it's $140?!

This location is exceptionally efficient and friendly. They always go above and beyond in everything they do. The manager, I forget his name(sorry) is outstanding!!! He represents UHaul very well. I wish every location was like this! Thanks

Nice property, clean, but the service I received was rushed and unprofessional in terms of handing me over a vehicle with 1.5k more miles than it should've had on it and rushing me out the door without giving me an opportunity to first verify it!

The 1-800-UHAUL people were NOT as helpful. Did not have their facts straight and gave me the runaround. Promised me a van at a much more convenient location and then switched it on me a half-hour later.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with Uhaul. Uhaul needs to filter the type of employees that are hired in a customer service setting, preferably someone with customer service experience and actually likes assisting customers. The customer service agent at the pick-up very rude! The only decent person we spoke to was the supervisor - Dave/David (?) over the phone. The agent at the pick-up location (Copley Dr, San Diego) was also so lazy that he needed to drive a golf cart to the vehicle.

This in my second time renting at UHual - last week and this week. This week experience is beyond worse. I rented initially for 1 day at 7pm - 7pm the next day. I extended for 1 day because I am caught in traffic to Chula Vista and can't make it timely to return which is 30miles ways on this location. I informed this location in advance. I also re-extend it for another day. But when I return the truck, I am ok charging me 3 days rental but to my surprise, I was CHARGE 3 days of protection insurance than once only which is not written anywhere on thier T&C. I asked the person, they told me that is how they do. They will add charges without your consent, bec this is they do. This uhual business is rip-off and I am reporting this to BBB. Worse they erroneously charge me 178.00 dollars more. This Uhual business is a BAD uhual site and I won't forget my bad experienced with this business. When I requested to extend bec the storage I will deliver my stuff already close, they insist me that I will return now, 'No Now' or early 7am bec and charge me a full day again even returning at 7am the next day. if they want to have it by 7am they should only charge me Half bec my 24hrs will end 7pm. I will Not be a patron of uhual anymore, they are bad bad business, tricky and charge you all way they can. They will treat you like moron put you in anxiety than focusing on your personal thing. They should NOT interfere on your time since your a paying patron. UHUAL as a whole should not operate business in California.

If we can get a little more driving safety tips that will be helpful since some customers never drive a big truck before.

I did after hours pickup. The keys in the lockbox were not to the right truck, so I was delayed 2 hours and woke up at 4:30 in the morning for no reason. Then the mileage and fuel gage were off from the contract, but I could not upload the photos to change it. And I didn't have time to go back into the office because I was already 2 hours behind. I have used this location before without issue, if this was my first experience with this location I wouldn't use them again

Have a smaller, cheaper option for towing a motorcycle one way. Not $52. Service was great though.

Overall things were fine, but I had added furniture blankets to my order which I did not receive, I even had to remind him to get my dolly and furniture pads when I went to truck. When I made my reservation I declined the insurance but it was added when I checked out. Even though I did express check in online it still took over half hour to get checked in.

A closer pick up point. This was 30 minutes away, + 25 minutes there, + 30 minutes back......too much!
