The only downfall to this location was the lack of parking. The trucks/trailers took up the entire parking lot minus 2 spots.

I am a business women, run a corporation with 350 employees, and I will never have people working for me with no people skill nor social competency. I live in La Jolla with a distance of less then 10 miles away from the rental location, rented the truck to deliver an item to home Depo and the charge me 48 miles, wen it was less the 20 miles, I realizes that that one of your employees was driving the truck before I rented and they charge me for the miller he used. I find it unethical to make your clients pay for your employees expenses.

Put the real price on the car rental, the $19.99 is misleading. Other than that, great experience, I did not have a reservation and they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. Will use this service again

This is the 2nd time I rented a trailer from you and also went to the location the day befor to reserve the trk. But the day I show up to pick it up , now you need a Second ph # witch you called my wife to see if it’s ok to rent the trk. This did nothing but creat a hassle for me . I could have given you any ph# and it verified nothing . And I was never asked this the first 2 times I was there so why now ?

The windows were very greasing, we couldn't drive during the night. The sale associated did not provide information of how to return the equipment. When we returned the equipment it took 30 minutes for someone to help up me.

Give me the the equipment that I initially rented and don't tell me that a golf cart can fit in an 5x8 utility cart. When I call to talk to the manager about the mistake, answer the phone and don't avoid me.

I tried U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 during pick up for the first time. Everything went smooth until I got to the step where U-Haul had to call a contact to verify my identity. I was denied pick up because the U-Haul rep was unable to get a hold of the 2 contacts I provided for verification. People are busy and often be hard to reach. U-Haul should consider informing renters of this "calling a friend" step in advance. It would allow renters to notify their contacts and prepare them to be available to receive the call. Luckily the front office was open and I they were able to try a few other contacts. I would have been very upset if this denial occurred after hours and I was unable to rent my vehicle.

Upon my return, I was exhausted and worn out from the move and the guys made sure that my transfer was as simple as renting one of the trucks. As a woman, I appreciate the service I had received I would recommend that if anyone, especially a lady these guys make sure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend going to this location in San Diego, CA/

After having to drive all the down to this location after requesting a different drop off location Closer to where I was done moving to, I get a phone early the following morning from Kevin at the Copley location saying they didn’t have me scheduled to drop off there. Threatened that he would have to charge me double if I didn’t get there in 3 minutes. After trying to call them immediately back I have to deal with being on hold with the Uhaul customer service for 30 minutes. Moving sucks you guys made it suck even more!

No matter when I've been to this location, apx 4 x's in the last 5 weeks, new people are at the counter, No one seems to know how to process even the simplest transactions. I was there an hour in May just to pick up Ready-to-go boxes. That was when the employee must have said I was picking up a truck, Which I did not do until 5/11/18. Thanks to David, who helped me today, I'd been waiting 15 minutes, behind customers waiting even longer. The poor man who was seated had already been there an hour. This location needs some serious training done for it's staff.

I was scheduled to drop truck off in Solana Beach. Got a voicemail saying had to go to new location which was out of my way. Was told they would call back and change location. Never did. Bad overall experience

The staff are not very customer focused. I called to speak to a manager who was not available at the time, and left a request for the manager to call me back, which never happened. When I came in to make my reservation, the only staff member on duty finished her non-business related conversation with her associate before assisting me, during which time I waited for about 3 minutes. Some associates are definitely better than others at this location.

The facility is excellent, but the location is not great. I guess that is part of why the prices are quite reasonable. Good service too. The employees have a good attitude. :-)

The staff at this location was very helpful in fixing what TWO other locations messed up. Uhaul did nothing to rectify their mistake and i’m extremely dissapointed in how they’re dealing with it. Uhaul has always been there for me, but i’m strongly considering never going back after this past reservation.

I ended up needing to keep the van I'd rented for an extra day. The staff made it seamless and easy to do that so that I could focus on my moving and not get bogged down in all of the logistics.
