Worst service ever. Didn't get what I reserved. Charged way more than was agreed on. Called numerous times to resolve the issue and no return calls. Definitely will never use Uhaul again. Ever.

The natural gas trucks are the best, I can’t say enough about how well the truck performed, I hope UHaul continues expanding their fleet of natural gas vechicals. I rented from this location a couple times now, the staff are curtious and professional. The only location I’ll rent from.

the employees could not explain why my contract could not be processed. They called support and waited for 45 minutes of being on hold, and the manager had to do some back way to pay for it through corporate account because the technical support was taking forever. The employees were nice, but from a technical side uhaul failed me

Clean the inside of the van. I brought it to the man's attention who was inspecting it and he didn't even respond when I told him "it smelled horrible, it smelled really bad, we had to roll down the windows the entire time. I had to stop at home and pick up an air freshener." He said nothing, he did not care whatsoever.

Easy reservation system, quickly got a large 21’ truck the next day, clean, easy to drive, and worked great. Moved my son and two rommates from San Diego to the Irvine area in one afternoon, and returned the truck in Irvine. Bought the $15 insurance just in case I hit a bridge, but didn’t need to use it. Would highly recommend.

Online estimates should include potential mileage cost. Very deceiving. Online, the total came to 40, but then at the store, with only 23 miles driven, the price shot up to 58. Plenty of other issues including moving my reservation the night before, and promising a lower mileage rate which never happened. I won't be using uhaul again, and I'll make sure to tell others he same.

The representative that came to check the truck was so rude and lied about how it took him and a few other employees an hour to fold 23 furniture pads. This employee was also very rude to the Hispanic employee inside at the front desk because you can tell his English was not as good and this rude employee was so rude and degraded him in front of customers. This employee needs to be fired! Horrible experience!

When I reserve a trailer at a location it should be there. It was very inconvenient for me to get a phone call saying the location changed. I was almost at the location I reserved the trailer at and was very frustrated when I learned it was not there

Very poor customer service, not willing to work with me on a issue or accommodate me, even when they knew it was going to make me late. Had to pay quadruple what they originally quoted me. Filed a complaint and they said someone would call me. Never heard from anyone 5 weeks later. They lost a customer for life on a minor issue they refused to budge on. I will dissuade any and all that I know from using uhaul.

The Staff at this location were horrible to say the least. The employees were very rude and unprofessional. Every single question asked was responded with a 'I don't know" or "maybe " or some other unclear answer regarding simple questions .We did arrive right when they closed, but only because we called and confirmed if we would be helped if we arrived a couple minutes late, the representative on the phone said that we would be fine, and when we arrived that was not the case. When we tried to explain how we called , we kept getting interrupted by the staff saying "We Close at 7", we heard this statement from the moment we arrived up until the moment we left over and over again. I understand that the business closes at 7 but that is why we called before we took the drive, now if the person who was on the phone with us was from Customer service and not from the actual office location that should not be the customers fault, and corporate/customer service department and the actual office location need to be on the same page to avoid any misinformation . The employee who helped us was "Jeff" his name tag stated he was an "owner". This employee from the start was very unwelcoming, and had a horrible attitude during the whole process, from his facial expressions , tone in his voice and body language. What really bothered me is that he threw the renter's contract pamphlet at me. Who does that? When he asked for an ID, credit card I handed it to him in his hand as it should be and then he throws the pamphlet across the counter, that was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for and I certainly did not deserve that. As an owner you should be treating your customer's with respect and at this location not once did I feel respected. Not until we mentioned to another staff member that would file a complaint is when Jeff approached my husband and tried to sort things out, he denied throwing the pamphlet which was ridiculous, denied being rude and made excuses. I will certainly not be returning to this location, and I cannot wait until I have all my belongings out of this location. I have never felt so disrespected, unwelcomed and uncomfortable in a professional place of business. This location definitely needs to improve their customer service to say the least.
