Get people trained i spent a total of 7 hours at uhaul.it was the worst exsperance i have ever had and i had property damaged because people were not trained on how to drive a fork lift or how to write someone up on the comp.

I didn't get their names, but the woman on duty on Saturday at noon was efficient, helpful and lovely on the phone (and at the counter). The guy on duty at 11:00 this morning was also mannerly and completely professional.

Fantastic customer service. We forgot to refill the fuel (only 2 gallons) and they were gracious enough to just add fuel cost vs. requiring us to come back and refuel or pay additional service fee. Thanks you so much. I will always use and recommend this location.
