I called the rep in the morning asking if he had a truck and trailer for me. I informed him then it would be a ine way. When I arrived the rep was rude, lied, rented me a truck and sent me to another location to pick up a trailer they didn't have available. Even though he said he called to verify, and that he would call again to make sure they had it ready. When I got to other rental place they informed me the only trailer that would fit what I was towing was two hours south or where I was and I had already traveled one.hour to get the rental.

I had a great experience gentleman was nice who helped me and everything went fast and easy. My only issue is i asked if i should replace the gas because i saw they charge $4.25 a gallon. I was told not to worry the only charge the price if gas so i didnt put gas in. I then got charged the $4.25 a gallon and im not happy about that. Otherwise nice people quick service!

It's a used car lot. A lot of cars for sale there, very little room for any u haul equipment, it's stuffed on the back of the property which made drop off very hard. YOU really have to go take a look. NOT somewhere I would ever go to rent a U Haul. I was dropping off, had I been renting and I pulled up there I would have left without renting there.

The service person was very uncooperative and mumbled. I had no clue what was going on.Everything was very disorganized and I waited an hour after I got there to be help. His office was cluttered with papers and trash. He scheduled for 3 people to pick up a 10' truck, but only 1 was available. All of the cars in the lot were dirty and it looked like a junk yard. This location needs some serious work. I would recommend a lot of improvements.

The shop is disorganized and cramped. Our reservation was for 11:15 and we did not get our truck until 12:20. Last time we rented the owner was not on the premises until 20 minutes after our reservation. Even though we had a reservation he implied that we were lucky to get a truck that day... Because we were going one way, I guess.

Worst location ever. The guy that "helped" me did not check the Uhaul with me to make sure everything looked and worked fine. Opened it up a few hours later and the back door broke immediately. Was not able to use the truck properly but he also didn't point out I could get it fixed by calling a number. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Gas tank empty. Had to to gas station when I was pressed for time. Visor had no end support so flopped repeatedly in my line of vision. Truck paint peeling. But it drove well.

they rented out truck before we got there even though we had a reservation, they stated we were late but it was only 20 minutes, what really happened was they overbooked, ended up having to rent smaller truck for twice as much work, they did not offer any discounts or compensation, will not go back.

The father of the operation was very rude. The son, however, was nice and apologized for the fathers behavior. This does not give Uhaul a good name. It shares space with a used car lot on a dirt piece of land. All the cars, and Uhaul equipment is beyond dirty. Our truck was not cleaned for weeks, and although 3000 miles new, it smelled of urine or bad BO. Not coming here again.

Very small location with a narrow driveway which will not accommodate more than one vehicle at a time. Entering and exiting the lot is impossible if another vehicle is present. Very old and run down location which does not represent the brand well.

they didnt have an attachment ready so the guy had to use an old used one and charged my the price of a new one, and i had to take it because thats the only one he had

I was told in very clear terms that although I had made a reservation a month in advance for the van for two days, that I would not be able to keep it for two days. At first I was told that he couldn't rent me the van at all and that I had to go somewhere else. I was told that "U-haul didn't send [him] the reservation until the night before" and that there was no way I could rent the van. I refused to leave without something, and eventually I was rented the van for "two days" (Probably to keep uhaul corporate happy about the reservation), but it was made very clear that I needed to return the van within 24 hours.

Operator was not communicative and if he had been, I would have a much more favorable take on my experience. There were many people in front of me when I got to pickup location. Each transaction took a great deal of time as the gentleman had to do everything himself. Although no one likes waiting, the wait wasn't was I was unhappy about. I wanted to verify that the van I rented/reserved was in fact there on the lot so I could allow the driver who brought me to the rental lot to leave. The lot operator would not do this, instead he suggested that the van I reserved might not be available at all, so I didn't want to let my ride go until I was sure I was going to get the van. As I said, I didn't like waiting 1 hour from when I arrived to when I did get the van, but it was the lack of communication and resulting inconvenience of making my driver stay with me during the wait that weighed negatively in my experience. On a positive note, I received my receipt with accurate reporting of fees incurred promptly after returning the van.

The space is incredibly small. I told them when I was arriving and there was a truck blocking the drive way. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by dropping off the truck. The pick-up location didn't communicate the mess up, so this location tried to charge me for a FULL tank of gas, when I filled up the tank to where it was when I got it. And then they tried to haggle with me for how much money I should still pay them for gas. So on top of the money I put into fill the tank, I had to put an additional amount of money because of miscommunication between the two locations and errors from the first location. I have never had such a bad experience with uhaul.

This place was absolutely horrible! Worst location ever. It is pretty much just a parking lot. I stood there for 20 minutes while the owner just talked and walked around. When I finally got "help" it took forever and he was on the phone the entire time. He would stop helping me and start helping the people on the phone!! The mans "office" is a absolute DISASTER! Papers and junk everywhere! So dis organized I was amazed. He was super rude too. You can tell that he had no clue what he was doing. I specifically asked NOT to pick up at that location. And of course uhaul has me pick up there! Pissed. And to top it off I had to help install the trailer onto my vehicle. STAY AEAY FROM HERE! Horrible experience
