I did not get any paperwork from the U-Haul dealer and when I gave back the truck he said he would charge me for the truck rental by my credit card, but he overcharged me for the truck rental for which I only used it for less than 4 hours. He ripped me off. Can you help me?

The owner of the place we’re bugging me too much on a phone call. He was calling me many times because he wanted to charge a deposit for the rent vehicle and this is never happens to me in another locations. I never will rent a U-Haul at this location.
PORFIRIO OIt was quite difficult with the process of picking up the truck. Tight space to get out of. I was also overcharged for fuel.
