On the Sunday morning I visited U-Haul there was ONE young man staffing the office. He was doing intake and outgo of trucks, as well as doing all the counter work with customers. He did a GREAT job (and the line of customers was out the door), but he should not have been the sole employee. I don't like doing business with companies that treat their employees this way. Dan

Unfortunately there is very limited parking at the site and surrounding it. Additionally, we were given, in writing, a drop off location, but when we got there we were told it had been “changed” and we had to drive to another facility. I was told this facility would call me about the issue, but they have yet to do so.

This location was great! Always a busy location but Rene had me in and out of the store in a timely manner. Very polite and friendly staff, I would recommend this location to others.

The gas reading they gave me was incorrect. It was my mistake that I didn't check it in time so I guess there's nothing I can do about that. It did mean that I had to fill the tank with extra gas after I was finished, so that's frustrating. They aren't super friendly. Seems like some basic customer service training could be useful.

Uhaul had only one person on during the lunch hour which is when most people would be able to pick up their rental. I waited half an hour for service, being 3rd in the queue, with 4 more customers waiting behind me. Finally a second representative appeared.

They are always so busy and never have more than one person at counter.. we waited for our truck we reserved at 830am we got helped by 915am and we lost time. Plus my family uses uhaul every weekend for business as farmer. I never pay mileage if I stay in town. For in instance this weekend I had 11 trucks out and I had to pay for mileage on this truck instead of a flat rate or a deal. Plus kids are very nice at counter but they do no ot know much. When we did our contract and signed it. When we drive off used it and filled more gas than we got it. Turns out guy in back gave us different truck then vin number of truck we supposed to take. What is with that. I deal alot woth uhaul and that part of mixed up truck was horrible and wrong.

Revisions to contract take too long by phone. Phone message should indicate that online is better or faster.

I am on hold right now, and it has been 16 minutes already! I am busy and do not have time to sit on hold, and I am burning through my minutes for my cell service. It just made a dial tone like I was being transferred to a real person and then it hung up! This is a completely unacceptable. I just dialed back and expect to sit on hold for a long time again!

The trailer I reserved was not available. So instead of a closed trailer I had to take an open trailer that in the end did not suit the purpose. My $58.00 rental was a total waste of money. I instead used a roof rack and truck interior left the trailer behind and then returned it at the end of the rental. Honestly I would have like a a rebate but realized it would be too much hassle and time to attempt the rebate. BW

It needs to be better organized. They tried to reschedule my pick up time even though it was confirmed by email.

Showed up. They didn’t have our trailer. WTF?

Very helpful staff. Moving can be stressful. Thanks for your patience and professionalism!

The employee who connects the hitch needs to know how to secure it properly as one of the chains came off while driving in traffic on the 405 N. Not fun.

What a messed up experience... I reserved a U-Haul truck at the Milpas/De la Guerra location three days in advance of my move. I was assured by "Eddie" that the truck would be there even if he had to have one brought in.. On Saturday July 14, 2018 I tried to pick up my reserved truck. I was told it was "NOT AVAILABLE. Eddie told me he was just a "pee-on", and that it was not his fault. I was told I had to pick up my reservation at the Hollister U-Haul. While I am talking to "Eddie", a woman named Bonnie stated that she had a reservation at the Hollister H-Haul, and she was told that morning that she had to pick up her reservation at the Milpas U-Haul. Milpas U-Haul was next to my house.... Hollister was an additional 6 way This woman Bonnie offered to give me a ride to the Hollister U-Haul because I did not have a ride there. It took about an hour and a half to convince "Able" to discount my mileage, and reimburse e $15.00 for travel expenses., It cost me $26.00 for a Taxi-Cab ride home. You tell me what kind of experience I had!!!

Good service and pricing. Nice office but location is a bit difficult in terms of traffic.

in and out fast!great service!

Great staff. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price. I do think trailer insurance should be lower than a $45000 vehicle. I declined trailer as my auto and my credit card provide. I only take vehicle to reduce possible hassle. If it was a longer rental I wouldn’t take any insurance. The scare tactics used to get extra revenue from insurance are a significant hindrance when I’m decideing whether to DIY a project or hire a contractor. Don’t kid yourself that those tactics have no downside.

Brian, Angel, and Alexandria were extremely helpful!
