I originally rented a 4 X 8 enclosed trailer in San Diego going to Santa Barbara, but upon arriving at U-Haul, I was told I needed a ball & ?. What I want to know is why I wasn't told this when I rented the trailer, that I would need a ball & ? My original pick up did not have the trailer and I did not have the equipment to attached it to my mid-sized SUV. So I headed to another dealer in the Sports Arena area of San Diego, to find out that NO ONE IN ALL SAN DIEGO HAD A BALL & ?. I now had to go to a 3rd location and ended up renting a 15 ft. truck to move a 4 ft barbecue. If this wasn't one of the most frustrating days and I was headed up to Santa Barbara to my daughter's wedding. Needless to say, I am not happy with U-Haul !!!!!

Stacey CThe site is a little cramped for the 1 ton truck I had. The attendent was nice and helped me get the dropoff. He was very helpful. I needed to get diesel in a town with 2 stations. He guided me there with good directions.
Jon SThe truck was a little dirty but it’s ok. The side mirror was fixed and no way of adjusting them manually. I even asked someone. Which kind of made it a little bit harder to see on the passenger side. The good thing was I was just driving locally.
