The personnel were excellent and were excellent with communication and answered texts quickly. The locatuon does not lend itself to be inviting. It is difficult to get in n out of.

He went above and beyond for my rental. My original location did not have my van so they moved it twice. I was very lucky that someone turned in my van early. Otherwise I would’ve been out of luck. He came in after hours and helped me pick it up. I’m more frustrated that U-Haul allows reservations to happen when they don’t have the vehicle. This is not the first time.

augustus GI did not get any paperwork from the U-Haul dealer and when I gave back the truck he said he would charge me for the truck rental by my credit card, but he overcharged me for the truck rental for which I only used it for less than 4 hours. He ripped me off. Can you help me?
