Adnan O.When I arrived at the pick-up location on State Street, I learned that the truck I had rented had not been returned and that they couldn't let me take the other one because it had been taken to Burning Man and was a mess. The employee went out of his way to ensure that I left with a vehicle, and though it wasn't the one I wanted, it ended up being a better choice for the garden work day. Wish I knew his name, but he is to be commended for his customer service.
