No one available to receive truck a day early and I showed up before closing time and gates were locked and could not reach the drop box to leave the key. Return process through the app was convenient though

My overall experience with this move was well below my expectations. This was primarily because of changes to pick up and drop off locations and times with no concession by U-haul for the all inconveniences. U-haul’s apparent monopoly in the self moving business seems to have instilled an attitude of indifference towards their customer service.
Jose TTruck was covered in what appeared to be blood and I found an empty vodka bottle behind the driver’s seat. I was charged triple the miles I actualy drove the truck and no one from this location is answering the phone or opening the locked door during buisiness hours. Please contact me.
Hannah SThis was an awful experience. Nothing more than an abandoned parking lot in a potentially dangerous area. No personnel, no instructions on what to do, spotty cell service so online check in was difficult.
