The liftgate on the first truck I rented did not work. That was not discovered until I got home. I had to go to a second location to rent a truck that worked. The site where I returned my truck claimed to be open until 6 PM. I tried to return the truck at five and no one was there. I had to download the app and go through all the photographs with only one bar of cell service. It took about 45 minutes.
