Matt Nunn Named MCP for U-Haul Company of Northern Arizona

SURPRISE, Ariz. (Feb. 8, 2016) — Matt Nunn has been promoted to marketing company president of 858, U-Haul Company of Northern Arizona, effective today.

Area district vice president Jeremy Frank and executive vice president Bob Willson announced the move and are excited to welcome Nunn to his new position. The MCP position was previously filled by Mark Buford, who was recently promoted to ADVP of District 26.

Nunn, an eight-year U-Haul veteran, spent the last two years as a very productive general manager at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Grand Avenue and Bell Road, located at 13440 W. Bell Road in Surprise. Prior to that, Nunn was a field manager, an assistant manager and a hitch pro. He began his U-Haul tenure as a customer service representative in 2008.

“U-Haul is a great company to work for,” Nunn said. “MCP is a role I’ve been looking forward to since day one. I’m looking to help our customers and be successful along the way. With Company 858, I’m taking over for Mark, who was a great MCP. I’m looking to serve more customers effectively and help each individual store and neighborhood dealer succeed in what they’re trying to do.”

Frank added: “Matt ran an excellent center at Grand and Bell. He did an excellent job with the programs, and we’re looking for him to continue the good work Mark has done by keeping the Company profitable, adding dealers and using his energy to get things done. His energy is really good.”
