Wisconsin Flooding: U-Haul Extends 30 Days Free Self-Storage in Oshkosh

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (March 15, 2019) — U-Haul Company of Northern Milwaukee and Suburbs is now offering 30 days of free self-storage to residents who have been affected by the flooding in Wisconsin. The offer is being extended at two stores in Oshkosh.

The state took on more snow than usual this winter and a rapid temperature increase has left many homes and roads flooded.

“We had temperatures in the 40s and 50s, which caused several feet of snow to melt very quickly,” said Erica Eberhardy, U-Haul Company of Northern Milwaukee and Suburbs president. “These conditions have created a need for dry, secure storage. U-Haul is happy to offer our disaster relief assistance at these two additional locations in Wisconsin.”

U-Haul Company of Northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula extended the same disaster relief assistance at three locations in and around Green Bay. Find that release here.
