The gentleman at the uhaul facility was exceptional. Very helpful, answered all my questions, called me back after I inquired about my reservation, left me another message to assure me that the truck was returned and that I won't have a problem with pick up. Truck was ready when I arrived and he helped with checking out. He was very professional and made my experience a great one. Highly recommend.Andrew S.

The gentleman at the Levittown pickup location was very helpful. The scheduling process was horrible. We scheduled to pick up the truck in Morrisville. The reservation was moved to Levittown, but we were not notified. We also ordered and paid for a mattress cover at the time of the reservation. The mattress cover was not at either Morrisville or Levittown. Very disappointing transaction overall.Jeffrey S.

The man in the office had no idea what to do at all, from checking out the uhual, or to return unused boxes. Took almost an hour to leave with the uhual. Even after I checked out online. He had to call someone there was no answer waited for call back. He didn't no how to work the computer or copier to make a copy of me receipt. Completely horrible experience.Brianna R.

While the employee at the pickup location in PA was awesome personally, the truck had a front right tire that was worn so slick we had to replace it using roadside assistance the moment we returned to NJ an hour away (our original requested pickup location). Thankfully the mechanic was prompt, but he said he was surprised we were allowed to drive off the lot with the tire in such a state. A few days later on the road, the cab and steering wheel started rattling so violently we pulled over in OK, and again called roadside assistance. The mechanic who was called was also excellent, but he had to replace the front LEFT wheel this time with his own tire, that hadn't been pre-balanced by U-Haul (because none were available). Alarmingly, he said it was only a matter of time before we would have had a blowout, which leaves me to wonder whether the vehicle had been adequately examined before being assigned to us, considering we had scheduled a cross country journey from NJ to CA. Thankfully the rattling subsided when the tire was replaced, but by end of our journey different concerning sounds had arisen, audible at a range of speeds when we opened the windows. I appreciate U-Haul offering us more mileage and rental days to compensate for the inconvenience of picking up an hour away, and every single employee we spoke to or dealt with (including the independent contractor mechanics) was professional and courteous. I just worry that we were given an unsafe vehicle for a very long journey, which is disappointing considering how far in advance we booked. Thank you for welcoming feedback, and I still plan to recommend U-Haul in the future.KATE ARMSTRONG R.

first of all the person who attended me was late to open store (not the first time)and the drivers area was very dirty. I will not rent from this place again. If U haul is not making sure the equipment is clean you will lose a customer. Not happy at all.EDWIN M.

We changed our drop off location but were not told of the increase in price. We were done with the truck early and wanted to return it where we got it to avoid the additional charge and when we called about bringing the vehicle back around 2:00 pm we were informed by the worker that she was leaving for the day and we couldn't return there.Christopher K.
The location and truck were fine but the app and online site were giving us issues. We were able to very the vehicle for pickup but then it kept prompting us to verify the license info. It did this 13 times. We called and spoke to 4 different reps, 3 of which did not provide any help. The 4th tried his best to help us but ultimately, he could not. 1) Put up a big, lit sign that clearly states UHAUL. The only UHAUL sign you have is tiny and you can't see it in the daylight, let alone nighttime. I wasted 10 minutes driving around trying to find your store. 2) I had reserved a truck at the Bristol UHAUL, a closer location to my house, weeks in advance. At the last minute, the location was changed to Levittown for an unknown reason. The woman (Dawn) who helped me asked me why I picked this location since it was so far from my house - so she didn't even know about the switch. She ran everything through the computer system and I was able to get the dolly and furniture pads I reserved. But the mattress bag that I paid for was not transferred over when my order was moved to the new location. I asked about the bag and Dawn said, â€œWe are not a full UHAUL store, it's secondary to our main business. So that part of the order didn't go through. I then had to pay for another one that was hanging right there on the shelf in the â€œsecondaryâ€ store. So, not sure why this happened? Once I get my computer system set up in my new place, I will have to go back and check the order to make sure I wasn't charged twice. 3) I cannot overstate the importance of having a clearly marked UHAUL sign, especially since the entrance to the store is through a Dunkin Donuts.Jamie V.

Even though the price of $19.95 is painted on the van it cost me $147.00 because of the mileage charges. That's what I would call a bit misleading. Maybe it would be better to be more up front with what the charge will actually be. This has nothing to do with the location or the people working there. I was told what the estimated charges would be. The advertisement is misleading.David M C.
