Store Manager and made a mistake by letting somebody else take the truck given to me by the U-Haul mobile truck share app, then initially tried to blame me for his error. Spent 2.5 hrs escalating to Customer Service and the Scheduling Department to reverse his error. Thankfully, U-Haul customer service and scheduling were very helpful and great to work with.Matthew S.

Upon pointing out the damage that had occurred to the side of my vehicle during towing, the crew in Las Cruces made quite a big ordeal out of telling me I could not leave the lot until they had me unload and reload my car onto the dolly insisting I was lucky to have even made it to NM from CA without dropping my car because it was not loaded properly in CA and that is what caused the damage, but my claim was denied. The storage room that I had reserved at this location online was rented out to someone else overnight even though I had made the effort to go by the lot the day before to ensure they actually had one available as stated on the website. Though I was repeatedly told I would be getting multiple days of discount by several employees, the manager reneged when I checked in charging me approx 250.00 more than his employees had quoted me just two days before.ANDREA D.
The owner called me about an hour before my equipment was due to be returned. He wanted to be sure I knew where he was located and if everything was going ok. He was on site and ready to help when I pulled into his lot. Very nice guy.MICHELE F.

Uhaul is the worst experience I have ever had with a business ever. We had to drive 90 some odd miles to pick up our equipment and at a much later time. The staff were completely un-empathetic and rude. I don't know how you stay in business. What we experienced was border-line criminal. I will never, ever use Uhaul again. Never.Tarik R.
