I booked the truck at your Ace Hardware in Norwich location for an 8am pickup. I had 9am ferry reservations. When I received my confirmation, my location was changed to Hey I Repair for 9am pickup. That meant that I had to change my ferry reservation. The next available ferry was 11am. Not only did this put me 2 hours behind schedule, it also changed the rate of the ferry to a $54 increase.
