The rental disclosures were more of a last minute thing rather than presented in the online rental brochure. For example, my rental was a pickup truck which apparently has an additional $150 deductible for any accident due to the vehicle being leased. That would have helped in planning but it wasn't needed in my case so not a big deal. Still, it should be disclosed so people can plan for that.

Pat II was disappointed when I was charged additional for fuel and the location showed less fuel than what was there when I dropped the truck off after hours. The truck sat unattended for 3 days and due to the recent heat wave, I do believe gas could have been evaporated because their reported fuel level was definitely less than when I dropped it off and I have pictures to prove it too.
