"Johnny" pointed out the deficiencies of the trailer.....no metal handle (broken off), chains dragging and highly worn----safety issue?, filed an insurance claim because of the condition and asked me if this was how I received the trailer----yes is the answer. Is this what I should've expected? Should I call customer service? Please advise.

Derek CThe rear overhead door would not stay open on its own and I had to use a block of wood to prop it open. This was not discovered until I was at my destination and I did not have the time to return the truck and get another one. This location should pay closer attention to the equipment and operation of the basic components.
