Janet PWhen returned, need to fix contract and repay the person what they're owed. Instead of taking.
Ed G"Johnny" pointed out the deficiencies of the trailer.....no metal handle (broken off), chains dragging and highly worn----safety issue?, filed an insurance claim because of the condition and asked me if this was how I received the trailer----yes is the answer. Is this what I should've expected? Should I call customer service? Please advise.
