King Lumber was great. Perfect place to pick up. Highly recommend over self-service in Brewster where if there's a glitch verifying your info your sh*tout of luck because Hannah will just drop you on chat. All in all though uhaul was great for a move.Fletcher B.

The problem is with uhaul, not the dealer per se. I drove this uhaul a total of 10 miles. Exactly 10 miles. I took a photo of the gauge on the way out. I was charged two gallons of gas. I know I didn't rent an 18-wheeler but all efforts to fix the bill have gone nowhere. I'm left with refusing the charge on my credit card, which I will now do. I'm not taking this kind of baloney. This is a matter of principle, not money. I have rights and you can't just do whatever you want.JOEL W.
The truck was filthy dirty mud covered the exterior ,along with the interior seating was covered with dog hair and was also filthy! Every time I rent a truck the next one is worst then the last! It was so bad my wife would not enter into the truck! It's a pity a vehicle with 3,500 hundred miles I would consider as a valued asset to be abused and neglectedNicholas P.

I'm not sure what the purpose of mobile pick up is. The process was incredibly inconvenient and after all the hoops I had to jump through just to be approved to take the truck (someone was supposed to have called my friend to verify my identity - never got that call and I was waiting outside for a while), I still had to go inside to get the keys anyways. It probably doubled the amount of time a normal pick up would have taken. The inside of the truck was also pretty dirty.Moshe S.

Your return app does not work. Not only could I not get it to recognize my location even thow location services was on, my son had the same issue when he rented a Uhaul truck out of Bridgeport CT a few weeks before. You need to fix this so customers dont incur your $20 feeBarbara T.

The only thing that was annoying is the fact that you give the option to put in your license information and payment information, but then ask for it anyways at time of pick up. I didn't have my company card on me at the time and ended up having to put it on my personal.JESSICAJOYCE P.

The truck was dirty and had a bunch of cardboard stuffed behind the seats. The UHaul app crashed while finishing the checkout process. It took more than two hours to reach customer service on the phone.William B.

The equipment as not clean as I noted in my pictures and comments when I checked it out in line. There was loose debris in the cargo area, there was dirt and fibers in the passenger seat and the cup holders had what appeared to be dried dirt. I broom swept the cargo area before returning and brushed off the seat. I did not clean the cup holder as I forgot to, but also felt that this should have been addressed by the location. Otherwise the vehicle was well maintained and performed as expected.GREGORY W.

It was really hard to get the lock box open in order to access the key with the provided passcode. I had to contact the chat feature who advised to 'wiggle' the lock, which ultimately after an incredible amount of effort did finally open but required 3 people to try it out first. I think the units should be updated or serviced so it is much easier to actually open the lock for key retrieval. Thanks.Powell R.

The only problem my head was that I had to drive from upper saddle River New Jersey to Golden Bridge to pick up my trailer which they told me I was going to pick up 5 miles away so that's the only complete they really have about U-Haul it's not the first time they did this to me but I keep on going back just like you touch a cut on your finger. But the people were very friendly at the place I had to pick it up in Golden BridgeDONNA D.

No blankets were available because previous driver let them get wet in rain storm, but staff was kind enough to give me some large empty boxes to use as separators between items of furniture. So, everything worked out.Roger B.
