2 weeks ago pick golden Bridge location. Get a call on Friday. Car not gona be available there. Last week went to Mount Kisco.. Could not get trough on mobile network. I could not get the vehicle. So between both of those issues. I am not happy with you Haul. Imagine needing a van.You secured it properly then when you go pick it up you cant.. Put yourself in that positionTHOMASJ III D.

I was misinformed at pick up location (see other comment) on procedures of the drop off and had a challenging discussion with "Jamie" upon calling the 800# because the web address was not recognizing the location where i was. I was just advised "well you'll be charged $20 now since you put the keys in the box already". Very curt and unhelpful. Finally figured out the web address check in wouldn't work and had to download the app to get the photos uploaded. DID NOT need the key to do so. Also barcode on drop box would not scan. very difficult and unhelpful customer service experience. Drop off location was already known to me so Kings Lumber is great.Lawrence C.

I got no explanation of the app and how to use it. The gas gauge and your fill recommendations don't match. It cost me an extra $8-10 in gas when filling for return. Seems dishonest to me.Joshua C.

Truck # DC 2388T had over 150,000 miles on it and was in rough shape physically and mechanically. I do expect better equipment from U-Haul. It is time to retire this truck. The crew at King Lumber was very friendly and helpful, this review applies only to the truck itself.JOHNA B.
I'm not happy with one of your procedures. When I returned the vehicle, no one checked the vehicle with me to see if any damage was present. I was told if there is any issue I would be contacted. They said that is the U Haul procedure. I'm not clear on that. Without me being present to agree or disagree with the assessment, how would I know what was found? Luckily, I didn't accept this and asked for someone to review the vehicle while I was there to give me a thumbs up or not. If this is how you do things, I would re evaluate. Its not fair to the customer. I am a business man and when I drop off a car the rental company ALWAYS reviews the car while I'm there.JOHNA N.
it took me numerous calls and left waiting for almost 30 minutes and then call was ended without answering . When I arrived at the location to pick up at 4pm It took another hour and 15 minutes to access vehicle. This entailed numerous calls to u haul for assistance.Anthony K.
When I return the vehicle there was no email as stated to put in the information. I took my own pictures of the dashboard and of the truck and wrap the keys in a note saying what they were and I have the pictures if you need them. I put them in the return box.
