The guys where great my only concern is it was such a large trailer and yet it had no jack. It took two people to lift to hitch to my vehicle and I had to bring a jack and blocks to hook it by myself. All other trailers I have used had small jacks attached so you could do it solo.

The only issue that I see is the gasoline policy. There was no way that I could estimate the amount of gas it would take to return the vehicle 3-8th full so I ended up just filling it up. I would suggest that the policy should be that the truck should be returned with a full tank of gas. The next renter would receive the truck with a full tank of gas and returning it would require no guess work.

I was told at the first location to drop off the truck at goldens bridge, which I did. But the evening of the rental an email was sent to me to take the truck to another location 30 minutes away. I had not checked my email all day due to the amount of labor that was necessary for moving. But when your renting a truck by the mile uhaul shouldn't add extra miles to a customer to help their logistics that will cost the customer extra time and money. I had already dropped off the truck by the time I had read the email. But I received a phone call the next day of people looking for the truck. The service I received from goldens bridge in my prior rental was excellent.

Mr. Dillon Executive VP in Charge of U-Haul Services is a perfect example of the quality people that rent U-Haul trucks to the public. No one understands the U-Haul system better than Mr. Dillon. He is so good at his job he actually polishes the keys to the U-Haul trucks. His assistant Mr. Warren Executive VP in Charge of Lunch try’s hard. He leaks sawdust from his ears. The logical conclusion is he has sawdust for brains. It’s a good thing King Lumber has a large supply of sawdust so he can refill as needed.

make it possible for a customer to actually pay the bill for the addl miles. i got a note that i owe an addl $5.03, and tried to phone in my payment with my 1 free day off, only to be told that i can't pay it for 48 hours. what? there has to be a solution for this. i get fined if i don't pay within 7 days, and yet im not allowed to pay for the first 2 days?

Horrible experience at this location, the staff decided to cancel my appointment bc it was entered as a pick up time of 345am as opposed to the correct time of 345pm. I was furious to find out that instead of calling me to verify the time and verify that I wanted a 345 pm pick up not 345am, they just canceled my appointment time, which led to me being there longer than needed and also MYSELF having to call u haul and reschedule the appointment and everything else that's goes along with that. Not once did the gentleman helping me offer to fix the situation and offer a solution. He basically left it in my hands to fix their mistake. Never again going to this location. Horrible customer service!

Hi, I just got the final bill/charge. Although the initial mileage shows 9251, it was actually 9272. the correct mileage in was correct at 9307. I did not have my reading glasses on when I took the van out. Are you able to adjust the mileage or should I rent from someone else in the future? Regards, Keith Traynor
