The count of moving blankets that I was given in sealed plastic must have been wrong because when I returned them, the return count was off by 1 and they tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for not returning all rented blankets. I know every blanket was returned. They eventually said they’d refund the penalty charge for this, but we’ll see if it actually comes thru on my card or not. Lesson learned: open the plastic bag and count the blankets before leaving the rental site; don’t trust you got the right number just because they are packaged up.
Reed CI rent at this location all the time and they are the best, they always take care of you with the best and fastest service I highly recommend them
