Upon returning the unit - I was charged a $15 cleaning fee. The u it was not dirty in any way. It did not rain nor did I go through any mud or dirt. The inside was clean too. I carried 6 items in the back. The only thing in the back was the 11 blankets that I rented. 6 of them were packaged in the bag I received as I never used them. I called for 3 days as the phones were broken - I was told. I asked about the $15 fee and the gentleman could not explain but promised me a call back with the answer. That was 4 days ago. Very disappointed as they are just trying to make more $ out of me dishonesty.
