Have more trucks available at the most needed time the end of the month. settled for a smaller truck and made the move harder than it needed to be with extra trip (truck to small) as I predicted before renting the truck.david B.

The office is filthy. The TV was blaring so loud that I could barely hear the woman talking. There were flies everywhere. The pickup I rented had dog hair in both seats. The floor mats were muddy. The pickup smelled like cigarette smoke.MARCY M.

Employee(s) smoke in the office and it was hard to breathe (an asthmatic would have had to use an inhaler). I tried to keep the door open to let some air in and smoke out, but they told me to close the door so the 2 dogs wouldn't get out. I will not go back to this location.Michael G.

2 women doing return of Uhaul (1 named Amber) couldn't figure out how to return Uhaul. Asked if I was returning on time? I said, yes. This was at 1 pm on 4/27. She said when Dave returned he would return the vehicle. They recorded the fuel. At 4:30 (1/2 hr before closing) I got an email stating I was being charged 73.xx for 1/4 tank of gas!! The gas was filled to 1/2 tank where we picked it up. Thankfully, we were able to drop by their office. The office smells of stale cigarette smoke horribly. It's dirty. In the office, Dave was able to confirm the gas was in fact at the correct spot. However, â€œAmberâ€ and the other female wouldn't answer their phone. Waited for 10 minutes while he tried to figure out how to dismiss the charges. I'm just wondering how many people are charged for gas when in fact they should not be??? 73.xx is a lot of money. And the sketchy thing? The Uhaul had never been moved. So how could they have put gas in said Uhaul?Malena R.

Ignition key wouldn't turn properly. Gas gauge reading on contract was less than the needle on the gauge gauge. Owners didn't wear masksâ€”in a tiny office that I was obliged to enter. Windshield was dirty. Service was quite slow.MICHAEL D.

No dogs on premises. Real of for dogs and either diarrhea, vomit, passed in the 30 minutes my dad was there!! He, and another client had to step outside the office stunk so badly then and it was terribly cluttered and small. The owner, old guy, doesn't seem to be able to organize his thinking or understand the computer program. He couldn't find my order. My dad, Paul Shelley, had to re-rent the truck. I also had a very difficult time making my order online. I tried online, through the app and calling. For some reason the truck wasnot filled with gas but we still took it. Then when I went to fill it, it wouldn't take more than$80. I have a suburban so I knew that wasn't enough. And I regularly have to pay over$100 to fill my suburban so I know it wasn't my card!! Please let me know what will be done about this situation. I need to know things will change. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed and that I didn't trust the company! Check inside of unit to be sure ALL equipment is inside that you asked and will be billed for. I asked and was told the utility dolly was inside but i took them at their word. Got to destination and No Dolly. My bad for not checking. I also had so called help in moving and did not know this until after I paid the bill, so got charged for 2 days use. Have it all done right by being there yourself.AILEEN P.
My reservation was made for Orland, CA but ended up having to drive to two Redding uhaul locations. Which caused me to spend nearly 3hrs driving around because your system had an error. The location I was finally able to get the trailer from did not clean it out. I found broken fishing lures and tobacco cans in the back...Richard A.
