I've driven by this place dozens of times, and never really knew it was there, because I wasn't looking for livestock feed or related, and when I did take notice it looked so welcoming and homey I thought it might be somebody's farm. Plus, as you're driving by, you tend to notice all the propane cylinders stacked right next door. Nevertheless, it's a vastly different experience than walking into Tractor Supply. There is some confusion on the name. On one hand we have Gardner Valley Feed, and on the other hand we have Bella Vista Feed and Ranch Supply. Same location, same folks, two names. But I think they did this to keep the U-Haul business separate from their farm supply business. A solid financial move. Bella Vista has been in business since 1991, while Gardner was just formed in 2024, about when Bella Vista became a U-Haul dealer. So now, if you have to, you can hitchhike out to Bella Vista/Gardner, rent a pickup and a trailer from them, stuff them with as much hay and feed as you can, drop it off your place, bring the truck and trailer back and check it in, and be on your merry. The unattended 24-hour drop-off really helps the situation. So now you can use equipment that you don't have to own first.

I paid $821 on pickup for 48 hr use,300miles free.I dropped it off a day early.with less than 400miles on it.I was told i would recieve a refund for early drop off.Instead i was billed an additional $536.
MARTIN BThe facility is located on a main highway. It is surrounded by a cyclone fence with 2 locked gates. There was a set of mail boxes next to the road with a section of grass between those the the cyclone fence. Just wide enough to park the truck. No signage anywhere to designate where to put the returned truck or the key. We ended up calling customer service and asking for advice. We were advised to download the app and complete it so the liabilities did not fall on us. Reluctantly, we did this to avoid being liable. The pictures requested where a pain and had to be taken multiple times before finalization was met. We also had to make a second trip to the facility the next morning to return the key. The people where nice and there were no additional problems upon returning. I would recommend this location only when it is open.
VINCENT HThe location was a bit off the beaten path and was a feed store. The employee was great, he had never rented a U haul and was able to figure things out really well. It would have been better to pick up the truck at a regular U-haul location.
Dana SCharged me for fuel even though I returned it with the same fuel I picked it up with
Clint BIt's a feed store. It's not going to look like an airport terminal or your Aunt Bee's parlor. They handled the drop off quickly. Done.
JAMES BThe uhaul hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. But was functional for our purposes.
kenneth sI was the first U-Haul renter for this new location. The young man helping me was very kind. Needed some assistance on the process but all good. The truck was very dirty. Not cleaned after previous renter maybe more. The windshield was absolutely covered with baked on bugs. Sort of disappointing for a first time renter from U-Haul. Truck also ran a bit rough, well sounded rough as if maybe the muffler was loose.
