Don't use Uhaul if you can avoid it. It's well over priced and customer service at uhaul is not helpful or considerate. The location pick up of the truck was amazing. I highly recommend the quality lube for your vehicle needs!Kaitlin Y.

I was overcharged for a truck I only used for four hours, and only drove for 10 miles. After I read the receipt, I saw there were services that I wasn't informed about, and never requested. I felt completely scammed and taken advantage of. It was a terrible experience. They charged me 114 dollars for 65 dollars worth of services. I'm still waiting for a reimbursement. It was a bad experience. I hope future customers never have to experience this. Thank you for your time.maurice W.

Over charged, added charges that didn't exist before and didn't have us sign the rental agreement for the price estimate. Then added a random charge after we returned the truck early the next day with MORE gas then they require. Also when given the number to cantact for the questions i had about the price i was ignored then told that they would call me two days after they over charged me. If they are going to rent on the weekends then they need to be available for questions or concerns on the wekeneds as well. -10/10 would never recommend uhaul again.James G.

I paid $109 to rent a truck for only a few hours, normally it's $29 I wouldn't recommend this to anybody for $109 when I could have went down the street to a different place and able to charge the usual rate. I needed the truck so I pay however that doesn't mean that I'll come back to pay $19 cuz I need a truck next time I know to go over where the usual rate is.frederick H.

This was a 2,000+ mile move in a 26 foot truck. There was no windshield wiper fluid and no ice/snow scraper in the truck. This made for some very dangerous driving when we got into snow and going over the passes.PHILLIP J.

We were called by a uhaul rep and I was accused of stealing the uhaul when in fact it was a glitch in the computer. I didn't even get an apology when they updated me. The location I dropped it off at was not clear where the drop box was but finally found it. The uhaul parking area is very dark and I felt unsafe dropping it off.Jennifer W.

I actually returned the truck cleaner than what I picked it up because when we picked it up there were shards of glass that we had to sweep out of it. There's a sign inside the truck that says avoid a $25 cleaning fee by making sure the furniture pads, Dolly, and truck is cleaned out. And I made sure of all of that oh, we never use the furniture pads. The dolly was locked up in the clamp. And I still got a $25 fee on my charge even after sweeping out the truck.Connie L.

Drop off instructions were confusing. Website said leave kyeys in truck. Instructions on mobile phone said leave keys in drop box but there was no drop box. When I called customer service rep she said give the keys in the Quick lube shop which was apparently a partner of U-Haul. The floor mats were very well cleaned and shiny, but they were also super slick. My feet kept slipping as I was driving every time I tried to rest them on the floor mats. Both sides were like this. It could have been very dangerous in an emergency situation. I did mention this to the place I turned the truck in.RAYMOND CARL K.

Location for pick up and return was convenient. The only thing was they didn't have the dolly with the strap that we had requested. Maybe think about having more than one. The truck was very clean inside the cab. There were a few wet spots on sheets that were covering some furniture inside box. Might check out roof.BEVERLY M.

Make sure the equipment is clean, the cab had food all over the floor and I could barely see out the front window it was so dirty. Also, do not lie and say the gas gauge is lower than it actually is so as to charge me the customer for gas inappropriately when I filled it past where it was when I picked it up! I have pictures of the fuel and mileage gauge from pickup to drop off.JENNIFER B.
