I will be contacting Uhaul. We were told the trailer equipment would work with our vehicle. It did not and we had to purchase the proper straps. It set us back money and time. We were not happy. In the last 30 days we have spent thousands of dollars to Uhaul for our moving across state. We did not receive any discounts for multiple trips and our experience was below average to say the least.
