Location for pick up and return was convenient. The only thing was they didn't have the dolly with the strap that we had requested. Maybe think about having more than one. The truck was very clean inside the cab. There were a few wet spots on sheets that were covering some furniture inside box. Might check out roof.

Make sure the equipment is clean, the cab had food all over the floor and I could barely see out the front window it was so dirty. Also, do not lie and say the gas gauge is lower than it actually is so as to charge me the customer for gas inappropriately when I filled it past where it was when I picked it up! I have pictures of the fuel and mileage gauge from pickup to drop off.
