The African American guy that rented the truck to me no good customer service .an the the lady Heidi Salgado is worst when I return the rental she has no customer service rude got there past 9am her as an employee an still has the audacity to tell me she was gonna tell me to wait outside cause there still not open .my answer was its past 9am so I went in to get my questions answer but she seem bother an rude not a friendly or happy person she looked at all to be happy to be working there .I think they overall need to have better customer service at greeting people better an polite .thanksENRIQUE N.

The Truck was not picking up speed. I called site after doing 1 trip because I was scared I was told by manager to take it in and they would look at it. I took it in and and asked if it could be switched because I still needed to finish girl working told me she couldn't do anything and for me to complain with uhaul. This site is very unprofessional. Keys were not in truck as instructed had to ask girl several times she kept insisting keys were in truck when they were inside the whole time.. 0the dolly the tires were worn and unusable. The inside was dirty I had to sweep back of truck. Inside was dirty and There was a wrapping for Marijuana edible inside. All the person at counter could say is that she didn't work the past 2 days and was not responsible.Maribel O.

Tank was less than 1/2. I estimated my mileage over 300. Not knowing how far I could get, I had to put gas in and guess at how much gas would be left upon returning the truck with the same amount of gas. I guessed wrong and to fuel twice. All trucks should be full or nearly full upon checkout.Robert C.
The U-Haul was very dirty and had a Modelo behind the seat. I ended up calling roadside assistance for a flat tire the following day, and the service provider told me that the bolts on the other tires were loose. This is very disturbing.RONAMAE P.

Tiffany was excellent! Professional and friendly. She took her time and explained my rental completely. I left feeling satisfied as a customer and will definitely use her office again for all my rental needs We tried Budget and Enterprise before finding her office. Neither one of those companies came close to earning my business. I'm so glad we found the Uhaul at Trojan Storage. Tiffany is an awesome representative!SCOTT M.

Uhaul renting system was such a hassle. It took me nearly an hour to rent the truck. The ladies at the counter were helpful but they claimed it was a uhal system error. I ended booking the truck on my phone while at the office. The sustem online is also a bit dumb, uhaul told me they needed to call the â€œalternate personâ€ to approve me for the truck rental. In my opinion this is dumb and unnecessary. If the alternate person is not aware of a truck rental what would they say? They would be so confused with a random call from a rental company. Overall the booking experrience was frustrating, annoying, very lengthy, and bad experience.Javier G.
The truck was dirty and so was storage area. It smelled like smoke real bad and you can clearly tell they ashed in the front compartment. I made a reservation for 8:30 am and the place didn't even open until 9am. I called uhaul customer support and the customer service rep didn't care and was unapologetic saying that she can't do anything about the website mess up. The place didn't even have a dolly for me which I reserved and let me have a flat deal with wheels which was no help and we didn't use. For sure I won't be using the website to rent a uhaul if I ever use uhaul again.Jose P.
I reserved a uhaul and car transport on Monday 9/21/2020 via phone and then received a call 9/27/2020 saying that the equipment I had reserved was not available. Why would you guys tell me that 6 days before my move date? the truck ended up being available but I had to pick up a car trailer from Orange County as that was the only one available. The car tow ended up being broken and taped back together, which did not do well on our 7 hour drive. Lastly, when I originally made the reservation I was informed that I was able to drop of anywhere regardless of my drop off location. I had found a location closer but when I called and asked if i can drop off there they had told me I would be double charged, so I ended up driving 40 minutes to the original drop off location. I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Uhaul and would not recommend. My move was made 10x more difficult than it should have been.Cynthia B.
This location was a little out of my way, but the first location I picked didn't have the truck that I reserved. Tiffany at Trojan Storage was super nice. very professional and friendly. This was the 5th time I rented a U-haul this year. Tiffany made it one of the best experience I've had.Chiu N.

I was overcharged for 120miles even though I returned the truck with full tank gas way above what rented it with. When I complained I was told there was nothing that could be done in regards to the full tank. So in all I spend $274 for 24hr rental.Oluchi O.

I got charges on credit card 2 days after I took back the uhaul and I played cash by the manager CJ I spoke to her supervisor and he yelled at me and was extremely rude 1 week later I still have not recieved my.mo ey. This could had nott happened at a more horrific le time in my life with the loss of my husband and 2 sons in an accident and having to move on my own they were rude and unapologetic when I informed them I needed that money asapViviana V.

The customer service agent at Trojan was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go there again. My only complaint was not about Trojan Storage, it was that I live in Rancho Cucamonga, reserved a truck to be picked up in Rancho Cucamonga, but they did not have the truck and sent me to south Ontario.phillip C.
