Confirm vehicle is safe to operate. Gas cap on the truck I rented has to be replaced.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen returned I pump gas and left it how it was from when I got the rental in Santa Clarita After drop off in Ontario I got a final bill for gas. not happy at all
Monica Cthe site is a 3rd party storage facility. They did not have any appliance dolly only locks and tape. If you need supplies this is not the place. You will need to go to a real Uhaul. They do have clean trucks and the staff was nice and professional. I would recommend if you only need a truck.
YVETTE BIt was a rainy day and the U-haul was leaking inside. I asked for a 7am pick up when the order was placed. It wasn't ready until 10am.
Manny AThe customer service people were great.
