Rented the truck and was given a credit for fuel of 38.00 since the truck was on empty. Per the instructions on the contract as well as the verbal explanation given by Jose Vargas, upon returning the truck with 1/4 tank, our credit would be applied. Despite returning the truck with 1/4 tank of gas, they did not honor the contract or the credit while charging me an additional 22.00. Furthermore, they refused to accept the time stamped photo that I was asked to email that was taken upon the return of the truck clearly showing the fuel level at 1/4 tank. Apparently, Breach of contract and immoral business practices is what you can expect from this establishment.

Rent trailers, but do not offer the use of ball mounts? Especially when offered in the past?

Very confusing place. There is no lot to park the U-Hauls. You have to park on a public street. Anyone could come by hook up a trailer and drive away. I did not feel comfortable that my U-Haul order was complete. No one inspected my trailer, I received no paper work indicating that I had returned it even after I asked for something. I got a business card instead.

Your "person in charge, SheJ" called ME to complain!!?? Excuse me, I am the customer. I just dropped $184 at this place and this so called supervisor calls to yell at me to take my business ELSEWHERE!!? Excuse me, last time I checked I am the customer. SheJ was not present when I dropped off the truck, her enexperienced helper wanted to charge me $25 in fuel for driving the truck 9 miles. I said that's robbery so he pointed to a nearby gas station and said "then go put 5 dollars in the tank". I took the truck only to find out that station does NOT service civilian population, only commercial vehicles so I had to drive around looking. Employees should know where to direct customers for refueling. That's unacceptable. I was tired and thus guy had an attitude even hit on me. Then SheJ the "suoervisor "calls me to complain about my attitude and said TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I most definitely will. I don't appreciate being talked down to by an unhappy Uhaul employee
