This was the worst experience I have ever had. Upon taking possession of the truck, and getting it home, when we opened the back it was full of cardboard and trash and wood pieces. I would have taken the truck back had any other location near me had a 15 ft truck. I had to remove all the trash and because the cardboard pieces were so large we could not dispose of them but had to reload all of it on the truck before we returned it. I will never use this location again. Outside of the side mirror being cracked and crack in the window. When it rained, there was leak in the back of the truck that wet up some of the items we were transporting. As of now i still have not heard from anyone to rectify the situation

Monica Cthe site is a 3rd party storage facility. They did not have any appliance dolly only locks and tape. If you need supplies this is not the place. You will need to go to a real Uhaul. They do have clean trucks and the staff was nice and professional. I would recommend if you only need a truck.
YVETTE BIt was a rainy day and the U-haul was leaking inside. I asked for a 7am pick up when the order was placed. It wasn't ready until 10am.
