Guy at final pickup location gave excellent service, very friendly. But it took 4 locations before we were able to actually pick up a trailer.

I was charged $40 for an extra day when I returned the truck the next day. Not sure why I was charged an extra day especially when my truck was given to me later than my pickup time the day before and resulted in me being late to work.

Trailer had bald tires and shocks were bad and service person did not check out my lights and told me "ok... you can go" and I had to ask for him to check out rear lights and turn signal and brake lights.

I was greeted by Alexandria when I arrived. She took care of me quickly so I could get on my way. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She was also the person I dropped the van off with when I was done . She did a great job she knew her job well. I am in guest experience for a major Barbecue company corporate and I really appreciate when I receive great service . I hope you recognizes team members when they do well. Alexandria went out of her way to make my experience great!! I hope you will share this with her. Thank you Andrew Friedman

I had accidentally locked my bag in the cab of the truck at the store and notice it after I had put the keys is the overnight drop box. I was thinking it was going to be safe for the night, but when I arrived in the morning. nobody knew about any bag. I kept pushing to have them look around and suggest maybe someone through it away. Come to find out they did and it clearly had been gone through. Luckily nothing was stolen, but I think they when holding it for later. I will never go to that store again!

I had question on final bill/receipt contract no: 25712198. I was charged $30 fuel service fee and $32.25 for 4GL of fuel just for driving 12 miles cargo van!!! I called customer care and inquired about it, call was put on hold because operator wanted to talk to supervisor, I waited for almost 10 mins and didn't get any response and it was ended or cut deliberately !!!

The guy at the front that checked me in was on his phone and not very attentive. When I came back to drop off the vehicle, he was sitting in one of the rental trucks in the parking lot smoking and listening to loud music with the window down.

Important to let customers who rent a dolly on a 10ft truck know that ramps are only available on 15ft and up trucks. Save the customer and agent time from removing rental from invoice.

My U Box was 9 days late, and it was very hard to get support in both the realm of tracking and procedures. will not recommend in the future.

Uhaul trailer was clean but Jesus cleared everything out while I waited. We were doing same day drop off instead of a two day rental. There was nothing anyone could do about the two day rental and price even though I didn't need the trailer but a few hours that day.

Overall I had a good experience and everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful, but I had so much confusion when I tried to change my shipping destination and no one seemed to be on the same page which just made everything more confusing. There should be a way to change the destination online and have that change be reflected on all the paperwork associated with the shipment!

Alexandria was incredibly helpful and made our experience much better. Originally had a reservation at another location that got canceled and transferred to Natomas. Alexandria helped get us on our way and also handled the refund for the canceled location.

Check engine light was on and when uhaul was notified they said they would replace it and it “should be fine” for a 500+ mile one way trip!

Pick was suppose to be at 9am. No one was there to open besides an employee without a key. He was awesome but the next person with a key was not there until 9:40am. We lost time and money with movers waiting. Furthermore, there were 5 parties waiting and 2-3 other customers left after no one showed up. Disappointing

Please make sure vehicle is prepared for persons to pick up at scheduled Zoom time requested on the reservation. My reservation was scheduled for self-pick up at 7:00am 5/15 and somehow was changed to 9:00am. Complete inconvenience.

The staff is great but the trucks are never clean. When recommending I would have to let the person know that cleaniness is not the strongest point. And if Uhaul is my last resort, it is just because of this issue. It could be an excellent experience if it was not for the filthy (from stick stains to animal hair everywhere). I had to wrap the seats on plastic to be able to seat on it.

Company policy, ethics, and morals...I was supposed to return the truck with quarter tank full of gas but got distracted by a phone call and inputted twice as much gas. With gas being expensive it's nice for a company to alter their policies with changing market conditions. I was not able to get a credit or refund for the extra gas I put in the truck. Neither did I get a future credit. Nothing the local people at the location could do. Time to update the policies in changing market conditions. We all know what happened to Block Buster in the 2000's.

I was there for hours trying to get the right storage number that was available, long line, staff was not knowledgeable or trained right, they gave me a card key that till this day doesn’t work right so the alarm sounds every time I access the storage because I don’t have the time or patience to stand in line another hour for them to try and fix it again.

I reserved a 10x15 unit 3 weeks ago, and when I came to the Uhaul store day of move in, my reservation was not found. I lost out on the size storage I needed due to mismanagement of reservation.
