Got the 1 month free storage deal and had excellent service
Jordan B | First ImpressionsI would have liked to give 5 stars, because the staff is so friendly but they needs to work on keeping the storage area cleaner. The bathroom in the storage area was dirty and out of soap. One day a customer moved in something that spilled white beads all over the elevator floor and the hall of the second floor of the facility. The next day it was still there, grinding down into a powder. We ended up getting that powder and beads in the soles of our shoes. It was obvious the cleaning staff never did any rounds. They should be checking the grounds and facility daily. It was part of the reason I decided not to keep the unit. The first unit they rented me was dirty, but tagged as clean. They had to switch me to a different unit. On the way out I had to use the restroom and it was dusty, no soap, and the sink was dirty. I could tell it had not been cleaned for some time.
