the contactless check in process did not work for me so I had to go. In addition, it would have been nice for the employee to mention if I knew the procedure for returning the truck. I asked and the person said I would get a text but I never did. Perhaps this is a technical issue that needs to get fixed. However, final payment went smoothly so no complaints there.

Transmission on truck was going out.. Truck was one bar from e.. I bought it back where it was but was charged $30.. Would recommend telling the guest that the charge at pick up is a holding charge

Tank was empty upon arrival for pickup. What's the point of having no contact pick up if you still have to go inside to get the key.


Trucks should be rented with full tank. It only benefits u-haul to rent trucks with varying degrees of fuel in the tank. If you can calculate how much to charge me for under fills then you can calculate my refunds for overfills. You are ripping off your customers.


I did an after hour drop off so I can not Comment on the cleanliness or staff. The outside of the locations was clean and looked secure


They did not let me drop off the truck at other u-haul location. So I had to bring back the truck at this location which was wast of my time and gas and it cost me more money.

Employees at this location provide excellent service. They are courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Their masks were hanging off below their face if they were even on. They didn't walk the truck with me. I was given a model without a drop walk and wasn't made aware. I was told if I needed more time to just give them a call.. well you all are closed on Sunday's. I called the number they gave me and ITS closed on sundays. So instead of making money the truck got to sit in the lot for a day. It's clear that this location isn't trained and doesn't uphold a professional ideal. I've previously visited the location on El Camino and the difference is night and day. Your biggest take away from this review should be the negligence to COVID compliance. How disrespectful to every person that comes into your building. Just circles back to poor training and lack of accountability.

The hitch installer coud be more helpful by answering a few questions regarding light on hitch. Would have taken a few mins.

Gas tank in truck had a leak in the gas tank when we left, did not notice until we filled up with gas, and ended up wasting about $40 on gas because half of it spilled out of the tank.

Getting my uhaul and trailer was way more difficult than it should have been. It took an hour to get my equipment, the staff was not professional and in no rush to help us. When we received the truck, it smelled AWFUL of cigarette smoke, there was no washer fluid and the trailer was not already set up. The staff has to redo my whole reservation because the company made it two separate orders and the tank was not full when we received it. The staff also changed my pickup location because he said it was closer and it was not and completely out of the way when I dropped it off. Awful experience for paying $755.

Check in after hours was not explained nor was it explained on the website. I had to make a second trip to the location after I had dropped off the truck and key. At that point i could not take pictures of the inside (odometer and box) since the trucked was locked. I had to use dummy photos to get through the check in sequence. I assumed I could do the check in from home using my home computer.
