Received text from Uhaul that I had not dropped off equipment went down this morning they stated they received and printed me receipt. Then received another text today that it was not received called the # and they checked and said they would check with the Alta Mesa location. I had the receipt they printed off for me at 9AM showing it was returned pm Sat with the truck. The text from UHaul came in at 11:42AM after I had already drove and checked with the drop off site.SANDRA R.

My truck was getting checked and stuff before I left the store . Plus I've never went through this before . This location is riduculously short handed everytime I go... be it to rent a truck or for other purchases. I have been to this location more than a dozen times and had to leave 3 times and go to home depot. Thankfully after this weekend I am moving and will find a better location.carmen G.

When I went to pick up trailer there was broken glass in the trailer- It wasn't in any seams it was right in the middle and there was broken glass on the fenders. I walked and didnt see it at first but if the cleaners are wipeing or sweeping equipment off they would have noticed it. But this is one of the best locations you can rent from. It was the worst truck Ive ever rented. It was beat up, interior was falling apart, and the gauges would go out for extended periods of time leaving me guessing what my speed and gas levels were while driving. If needed I have video proof of the malfunctioning gauges.reid D.

The people at the front desk gave us no information about the storage unit. When I bought the unit. I bought a regular lock to lock my storage. When I returned my lock was cut off and a round lock I didn't own was on my storage. After going to the front desk. I was told only round locks could be used. I was not told then when I bought storage locker and lock at the same time. While moving my things into the storage locker. My card was not activated properly and I could not open the door to the storage grounds. I had to hold onto several very large objects over night and wait for the front desk to open in order to get my card fixed. When I asked the front desk person is there any thing I should know cause I was not told about the lock. He said nothing and I asked him I can come back any time. He confirmed that I can go to my storage locker anytime of day or night. I returned later that night only to find out that was not true. My unit was only available to me during working hours and I could not access it at night. I had to upgrade in order to get night time access. I really didn’t understand why I would make a reservation for a unit and it not be available when I go sign in. I was offered a bigger one, but the ceiling was so low, I wasn’t able to keep a few of my items and I had to pay more for it. I feel that we shouldn’t have to pay more to have 24 hour access to the facility if we have to pay more not to have it as well. Trying to talk to someone over the phone was a pain. I do want you to know you may want to watch your video on 7/18/21 afternoon around 2-3pm. Your employee driving your trucks was driving very dangerous..he almost flipped a truck, he was squealing tires as he drove around the corners.. my husband went in to talk to a manager, he was told there was not one on duty.. this employee could have hurt or even killed someone with the way he was driving.
