We had to drive from Hobbs NM to Monahans TX to pick up truck was told they would allow extra miles for having to do that then when man I had take it in to return it they said we were over 30 something miles called me and told me I think whoever did mileage didn't allow enough for having to pick up in Monahans , plus there is a drop spot right by my house but they told me if I would take it into Ft Worth they would knock 100.00 off so I agreed , truck wasn't due for me to return till Friday morning I turned it in Wednesday afternoon way early and they wanna say I'm over miles not too happy but guy took it off for me I promise I was almost a straight shot so somebody doesn't figure very good and now you get to rent truck a whole day earlier Thank You Might need to try Pensky or Budget next time

I have been using U Haul to move for the past four years, and I have never received such abysmal treatment before. The employees were surly and rude towards us, with one ignoring us for several minutes to check his personal cell phone in the middle of doing my contract. During the initial call to set a time to pick up my equipment, I was helped by a very friendly associate there. He assured me that they would help me get the towing dolly on the truck, and help me get my car onto the dolly. I have used a tow dolly multiple times, and each time have had help from an employee for the entire loading process at no extra fee, and each have been glad to help or have volunteered their time to help me. This time, however, the employee was grudging to even get the tow dolly on the truck and refused to help us get the car on it unless we paid him an extra fee. We were then directed to a back lot and promptly ignored the entire time afterwards. It was, hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, as every employee I interacted with face to face was unhelpful and resentful of being made to do their job. Because we had to figure out how to load my car onto the dolly ourselves with zero help, we arrived to our destination late. Customer service skills and attitudes need to be taught to the employees at this location.

I was charged for a utility dolly that I did not use. I have the pictures to prove it. However I did rent a appliance dolly that we did use. The manager, Richard was supposed to remedy the issue but all he did was reissue the SAME receipt which did not reflect a refund of the $5. I won't use this location in the future.

Your people were great! My issue was with the truck... The only thing you can do is make repairs when they are brought to your attention. As long as that happens.. it's fine. We just had multiple issues with this particular vehicle. I have always used U-haul when renting, and I won't let one rental sway my opinion of your business.

Upon returning the equipment I had set in the driveway as well as two other trucks trying to return our equipment when you have one of your service cards outside blocking the driveway carrying on a conversation I do believe in customer service but it would have taken a second to have redirected traffic or had someone else come out to assist her and then upon going into the store aftet I had to park the truck and another part of the parking lot I was told after waiting 15 minutes that I need to wait to check the truck.... I explained to them after having to wait 20 minutes to get the truck upon arrival after I made the reservation the day before due to the fact that truck had Nails in the tire that I did not have time to wait in a line of seven people to check the truck....I was on the time constraint... not saying that this location is mismanaged but they are not utilizing all of their employees to the full capacity and Saturdays are busy day for this particular type of business so it does not hurt to over staff and then once it becomes slow let some of the staff go so that your customer service does not suffer due to lack of employees available to assist

I was told by the representative that handled my rental that my insurance company, Allstate, doesn't work with U-haul. After checking with my local agent, Yes, my Allstate policy would have covered the cost of the trailer had I been involved in an accident. I was charged your minimum of $33 which I felt was outrageous for a 3-day rental. I am asking for a refund of the insurance premium. Your representative obviously was in error.

I would not recommend a friend to rent a u haul for the simple fact it cost way too much for the prorated gas! I rented a pick up for 2 days used it for less than 2 hours and was charged $95.00. To me that is an awful lot of money to rent a pick up truck and I filled the tank so why did I get charged $45.00 for local use... You tell me

Staff are usually very courteous and helpful. I was really shocked to see my 6 x 12 trailer very dirty. I had to clean unit by sweeping debris, 2 cups, and dead insects before loading it. Have used your services many times and this was a first.

Poor customer service at the Fort Worth location and they drug out the oldest piece of junk they could find to send it on a long trip with a family. I complained about the trailer and was told it was fine. I was concerned about possible leaking because of the mildew smell inside but thankfully it didn't rain. In the end, it made it but it was squeaking extremely loud and the tow tongue was very loose which created a lot of resistance and violent jerking. It did not feel safe at all...not to mention, the look of that trailer reflects poorly on the uhaul brand image. I felt like they wanted to get rid of the worst trailer on the lot since it was a one way rental. It was a poor experience and my wife complained about it the entire trip so that was unpleasant as well. Poor job by uhaul on this! I will not rent again unless the equipment looks and feels safe and professional. Nick Karvelas 7945349009

The general manager and some other associate are the only two people who were there to accept my returned rental. When I realised I left my phone there on the seat I returned to see if they had turned it in. Of course they didn't and now no one can find it. Thieves. I will never use this u-haul location again. I'll just go across the street.

Mention to your customers the mileage rates aren't over estimated and you might have to pay more when you turn in your truck. It was disappointing to hear we still owed $50 when we turned in our vehicle.
