Need more staffing - this store can get busy and it seems like they are short handed - Christopher, the lot guy, is excellent! I hope you will tell him that a customer gave him a complement. Works hard and never complains to me. He even gave me advice and helped me out when he didn't have to.

1.) Employee used personal cell phone to take pictures of my state driver's license. This should NEVER be allowed!!!! This was demanded in order to rent a $20 5X8 trailer for 3 hours!!! 2.) Owner was very pleasant, did his best to cam my objections but WHY does U-HAUL allow this practice??? 3.) Don't expect me to EVER use U-HAUL again... IF we were'nt between a rock and a hard place I would have cancelled. 4.) Employee demanded the phone number of two other "contacts", and again used his personal cell phone to contact those people. AGAIN,, THIS IS A SITUATION JUST BEGGING FOR A HACKER TO HAVE GREAT FUN WITH YOU.....

Inside of truck on floor of passenger’s side was sticky from someone spilling something. There was a Dublin Donut coffee cup under seat so I guess it was either coffee or cocoa. Whatever it was, floor was sticky.??

Our truck was tore up in multiple ways aside from cosmetic damage. The horn honked every time you hit a rock on the road. There was nothing fuel saving about the truck it drank gas beyond anything I've ever seen. The people from the pick-up location were rude ,and unprofessional. The truck felt like it didn't want to shift ,and the suspension was wore out. Overall bad experience this time, but thanks for the service because I couldn't have move without the truck.

I picked up the truck at 4:30pm and had to return by 10am which did not leave me much time. I called the next morning to let them know I would be 30mn late bringing the truck, they said no problem. I return the truck and was charged $50 late fee.

Very very poor customer service very slow unattentive rude sorry customer service representatives the trucks are ragady the mileage gage is faster than normal the truck bed wasnt shown to me and wasnt cleaned upon return check in guy tried to add more mileage in which i watched the mileage the whole time i had the truck then tried to charge me way more money in which im a numbers person WASNT HAPPENING no a ripe off.

Counter service was slow. When we were finally spoken to, we were directed to the Uhaul website. There was no signage or anything that indicated the online system was available or mandatory so our long wait in line was useless. Even if we had gone straight to using online system, our truck wasn't ready until nearly 45 minutes after our reservation time. The Uhaul system then wanted our truck back less than 24 hours later. The system shouldn't short our time because they were late prepping the truck.
