Based on previous Uhaul experiences with this location, I think this is an above average location. However; I was very disappointed in my experience this time which makes me hesitant to use uHaul again. After getting my reserved truck, I drove about 5 miles thinking the truck was sluggish. I wasn't sure at first because I don't often drive such large trucks. I made my first scheduled stop picking up a refrigerator. When leaving this stop to meet my paid movers at their appointed time, the truck service light went on and the truck died. I notified Uhaul I was coming back to change trucks. It died another few times and I made it back to uHaul but could feel the transmission slipping when gears where changing. My movers were already at the next stop and getting paid to wait on me. I was trying to exchange the truck quickly, but by the time I got back out of uHaul this incident put me 1 hour and 45 minutes behind. I requested credit before leaving uHaul, but they said that because they agreed to swap the truck, they weren't allowed to give credits. The most they could do is make my truck return pushed back the amount of extra time my truck exchange took, or allow me use of boxes or dolly. I didn't need any accessories, so I declined them. I quickly went on my way to meet the movers who I was paying to wait on me. But I couldn't leave before I unloaded the dysfunctional truck and load the new one. I was further slowed down because I wasn't allowed to do this in front where the trucks were, but told to move the trucks to the back, and when done return the 1st returned truck to the check in lane. Gosh, if I have to do all of that, you'd think they could at least assist me??? All this cost me more time. The next day I returned the truck at 4:15 and was told I needed to pay 2 days because the truck was 15 minutes late. I looked on my paper and realized they never gave me the extra time the previous day. So I had to go back inside to dispute that I was supposed to have until 5:30, and I was early. They just never adjusted the check in time. That wasn't too difficult to get the extra day waived. After all, it was the same crew as the previous day, and they surely remembered me. I tried once again to get some part of the rental credited but was told it wasn't possible. I do not see any way that the person driving the malfunctioning truck to the pickup area didn't notice how poorly it was operating if it was a person who drives the trucks on a regular basis. I believe they may have knowingly gave me a truck they knew wasn't good. My guess is that they knew that they would have to swap it out once I broke down, but they were buying time because they didn't have the proper truck in for the reservation and didn't want to have to pay out the $50 to me for not having the equipment. This is of course only my guess. But I think it's ridiculous I wasn't given any credit for the time, and the hassle. I was out money because of this exper

I rented my storage unit in feb 2016 , I was charged for the 24 hour pass in March I went to the store to let them know , Manager said he would take care of everything and I would not be charged he would credit my account that never happened I was charged till I moved out on September the 1st .

You can fire every one at that store. I reserved a trailer to haul a Polaris Ranger. I was told it was a 12 ft. x 6 ft trailer. That was true except for the rear of the trailer where the ramp is utilized. If you have a vehicle that is anything over 5 f.t wide, you aren't hauling it with this trailer. This was not mentioned, EVER! I drove 45 minutes away to complete the purchase of my Polaris Ranger. I went to pull the Ranger up on to the trailer and realized the front tires were too wide. As soon as I backed off the ramp, the tongue of the trailer, which had become unattached from the vehicle, slammed down on to the receiver. It was then that I realized why the I had trouble controlling the trailer on the way to my destination. I called the store to let them know I needed help...that I was stranded with no way to haul an all terrain vehicle. First that I could not get the trailer re-attached and second that the trailer they advertised as 12x6 was not actually at the gate. I am 45 minutes from home and now have no way of leaving or doing anything The woman I spoke with on the phone, had ABSOLUTELY no care whatsoever that I had an issue and was seeking her help. She basically told me that I was on my own and that there was nothing they could do to help me, that it was my fault for not checking the size of the trailer. I told her, at this point, the size of the trailer isn't the issue. The issue is that your trailer came unattached from my vehicle, her response was...."thats impossible". I said ma'am I am in another town (a small town) almost an hour away from home on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I have about an hour before this whole place shuts down and I have to leave your trailer here. Her response to me then was, that is your problem, we cannot bring a new trailer and if you do, we will charge the whole amount. I told her that was fine and that I would dispute the charges as I have not gotten what I have paid for since I have not actually even used the trailer. Her response then was...."don't call me a bitch, sir".... completely speechless at this poin and it total confusion as to where that came from I realized this conversation was over. I later tried to get in touch with the manager of the store, he never returned my call. By this time I have been sitting for over 3 and a half hours. I emailed the manager but got no response. This was a terrible experience, I will never again use U-Haul for anything....

I had to drive very slow because the front end seem like it was going to fall off The front of the vehicle was walking and I got honked at by several vehicles because it looked like I was drunk while I was driving in the cigarette lighter did not work in the vehicle so I was unable to keep in contact with others because my phone died during the drive terrible terrible maintenance on these vehicles the engine felt like it was about to come out also
