I don't have a comment to make about the pick up or drop off locations. I have a comment to make about the after hours rental service. When I made the rental I scheduled it for 7 because the time I was hoping for. I was told that I'd have the truck from 7-7. However things didn't go according to plan. I wasn't able to get to the pick up location until a little after 8. I was not able to rent the truck as the instructions said. I was able, after a lot of trouble, to contact the site manager who informed me about hat since I was late getting to the location I my rental had been cancelled. I didn't see or read anywhere that I'd loss the truck if I wasn't there at the set time. The rental said that I had the rental from 7-7. After a lot of hassle I was able to get the truck and finish my move. When I called to report this claim I was told that this had happened to other people as well, and sometimes they were not able to get there rental. If this has happened before why has it not been corrected? Why is there not a message when you check out the truck that there is a set time you have to get the rental? It's been two weeks, I never heard back about my claim and most likely won't use uhaul again-not because if the difficulty of the rental, but because it doesn't seem important enough for uhaul to correct or even to contact me about.

Before submitting for final charges make sure to check the account for any notes. I had ordered a utility dolly and when I got home it wasn't in the truck. I called immediately and a note was placed on my account. Guess what! I got charged for missing equipment. I called and Customer Service told me, yes I see the note! And now I have to wait 3 business days to get my money back even though it was UHAUL's mistake!

I reserved a truck online including a dolly and insurance. When I got to the store to pick up the truck they told me I ordered moving services which I had not. I was charged for the services (132.00) and told to pay another 150 for the truck. When I asked to cancel the services and asked for confirmation of such I was told no and that I had to go to another building. Once I was at the building I was told that they didn't know how to print it. When I returned the truck the app/website would not let me log in and after 10 minutes of struggling with it I had to call customer service to be directed and told what to do.
