I fill fuel 4 gallon for 3 miles, so I’m little bit confuse regarding initial fuel level, so please take care such a error for next customer , other than that I’m fully satisfied

I was probably given instruction on what to do when dropping off the truck but i did not see it. I ask the young man if i leave the truck under the tent he said yes but he did not ask to wait a few minutes for my recite i went in the inside and told the young lady at the counter i was bringing back a pick up she asked if someone was outside i said yes and her reply was go back outside at this point i am lost So the person on the outside ask if i would an email i reply yes so went back in the inside thinking i had not finished my transactions which i did not see my email But i was so thankful that the young man that checked me in to get the pickup walked in resended the email and thank me for my business. The key is communication.

Very poor customer service, when i arrived at the location the truck i had reserved was not there. I noticed an employee walking in to start his day and i asked him about my truck not being available. I was told i'd need to come back at 9 am and this occured at 7 am. When i was leaving he decided he wanted to help me and said he could give me a 20 ft truck sane price as the 17ft truck. I waited around about 40 minutes until he came back out with keys he handed them to me and told me that the truck is around back. Once i got back there the truck was parked between 2 other trucks and i could not get the truck out. I walked back to the front of the store and knocked on the window and the individual whom was helping me screemed at the top of his lungs FUCK! Then he walked to the door with both fist balled up growing at me and asked what i needed in an angery tone. I told him the truck was unaccesible And was parked between 2 othe trucks. He turned away from me cursing loudly and went and picked up a hand full of keys so he could move the truck behind the one i was suppose to get. The individual was dressed extremely poorly, shirt inside out with holes in it. When i returned the truvk i was wanting to speak with a manager about my experience. When i went in the same individual my complaint was on asked if he could help me and i asked for his manager his response was you'll have to talk to me. So i turned around and left. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a Uhaul facility and will not recommend this location to anyone.

Door on the trailers was hard to work. I oiled the rollers and they worked just fine. More preventative maintenance would help.

Cargo door of the box is very hard to open and close the bottom 12inches. The cargo door locking mechanism requires excessive force to lock.

The cost for rental was very expensive. You advertise $19.99 then the final cost for 4 hours total $89.00 plus gas. Way to much!??

There seems to be an inadequate system for getting rental equipment with the truck when doing it through the phone app. I checked-in through my phone to pick up my truck, but the truck did not have my rented equipment there. I had to walk a distance from the parking lot to the store and get the equipment but had to wait for a long time because of the line of customers. They should have had the equipment inside the vehicle.

My overall experience was good. However, my initial customer service experience when picking up the equipment was less than desirable. There was only one attendant behind the desk and he though there were multiple employees that were walking in and out of the store. As I arrived to pick up the truck (10 min early) 11:05 the attendant was helping another guest..after a 35 min back and forth conversation I was able to be helped. The attendant than stated that I was late for my pick up time and that may cause an issue with my order....even thought I got there 10min before my pickup time. My return experience was much better and much easier..

There was a small roach like bug in the cab of the pickup. It just makes you wonder what type of smaller creatures, bed bugs or virus could be left behind. Maybe use lysol or some other product to decontaminate things you can not see. Its where we are today in the world.
