Lisa H.A few belongings from the previous renter were in the cargo van. Pickup and drop off were both an easy process. Friendly service frim both humans and animals. I was greeted by a lovely calico cat when picking up. She made me feel especially welcome.

There was no dolly and when we went inside to ask for one, the front desk said they had none, luckily the owner of the building was there to let us borrow one of his. The front desk staff was extremely rude to us and would not answer any of our questions or concerns. She criticized at us for using the mobile check in/out process. Overall a very negative experience.

Adrienne D.I went to powerline in Mentor as scheduled, but ran into problems getting a working key, so the sent me a few cities over. This put me 1.5 hours behind and increased my gas and milage considerably. However they gave me no credit for either.

Christi W.They told us where the gas was without going out to look and it was way below what they said so we had to return it with more gas than it had when we picked it up. The cab was disgusting. It was sticky everywhere and had stuff from previous renters in it. They knew when we planned to return and didn't tell us it was after hours (5pm and we got there at 4:45pm). It took us a while to figure out that we had to go online to do the returns and at that point we had already put the keys in the drop box. Pain in the ass. I won't be renting again. I'll just be paying for delivery and movers.

sining W.When my husband walked in to pick up equipment, approx 8:40 the woman at the front said something audible along the lines of "jesus christ" like she was upset that a customer came in her store. My husband was treated like an idiot and at first the lot guy said we dont even have a piece of equipment like you need. My husband had to say, yes you do. I saw it out there. Not a great experience at all. I am sure they are used to morons renting things but expected to be treated better

Michael D.What's the point of a reservation, when the trucks are given away? This location was the THIRD location we were directed to…which pushed us 2 hours behind schedule. What's the point of telling the customer to expect a confirmation phone call by 6pm on Thursday…and not NEVER call or leave a voicemail? No one was at the first location on Station Street…the clerk at the location on Munson took 10 minutes to ACKNOWLEDGE us (and we were the ONLY customers)!!!!!!!!!
Kathleen C.I always request this location when renting. The hardest trailer to get though is the smaller enclosed 8 foot trailer. Anywhere it seems. You need to build more into your rental fleet.
Mark G.My uhaul was very nasty mouse poop wet paint in chunks tried cleaning it up couldn't get it all called true value where I got it and I was told I would be taken care of when I returned the truck I'm handed a phone number to call on a little piece of paper I now can't find it's ridiculous
