1. Speakers on truck radio were ruined. 2. Moved during rain storm and truck had leak in cargo area. Several boxes wet. 3. Alignment was shot on truck. 4. Shocks ruined, extremely rough ride. But hey at least it started every time I turned the key so who am I to complain.

They deiced all the strap joints and chains, and helped me take a frozen car off of a frozen trailer. They we're also open till a reasonable hour on a Saturday so I could actually return the thing on time. This place was great.

I setup a 24/7 pick up because the store hours did not fit my needs. The truck was not ready to go and had to wait till the store opened. They acted like it was not their issue. The windshield wipers were bad and since it was raining and snowing it made it had to see. The rollup door stuck bad when you lifted it so it was a challenge to open. The truck was clean.

I was charged for the insurance after declining it. I pointed this out when I was given my receipt. The guy helping me said he fixed it, and wrote "reversed" on my receipt and crossed out the charge. My card was still charged for the insurance. I went back to the location on 11/10/17 where he told me he had no way to contact me (which is awfully odd) but was aware that it did not process the correct amount. He then made a phone call, took down my information (name and number), and said somebody would be in touch with me by the end of the day. It's 11/28/17 and I'm still waiting...

Nothing. Store had a power outage for ~ 1.5 hours Saturday Nov 4th and was still able to handle all those waiting in a reasonable amount of time. Kudos to you and your team!

(1) have the equipment available at the agreex-upon location. Don't call me 30 minutes before pickup to tell me to go elsewhere. (2) train your franchisees on your reservation tool. (3) Make sure the truck is the agreed -upon size and in working order. (4) don't tell me insurance costs $28 and then charge me $45

The checkout process is tedious because they are encouraged to use a hand-held device rather than the computer. It slows things down incredibly and is an exercise in patience for me as a business owner. I can't believe upper management would consider this to be a good thing when it causes the customer to have to wait longer to get through a process that can be done more easily on the computer in front of them.

Very unhappy with U-haul, the facility forgot to check the unit back in until three days later and i was charged for their mistake which in turn over drafted my account. after numerous attempts to recover my over draft fees they just quit returning my calls.They basicly took my money and refused to return it. Don't think i'll be renting from them in the future. If anyone else does be very cafeful.

Willoughby location was a 24 hour service which made it nice to drop the uhaul off whenever I had the time. Very easy process and I would recommend uhaul to all of my friends!

Called twice ahead of time to order quilts and an appliance dolley since it couldn't be done on the website. Picked up before hours with the app, the equipment was not there. When I went back later to pick them up (which cost me valuable moving time with my paid movers), the owner kept blaming uhaul, his employee, and MYSELF for not speaking directly with him. No apology at all. I will never go there again.

The personnel at the location were very responsible but the truck smelled, the transmission downshifted very roughly, the steering wheel was sticky and the driver's side door exterior lock was missing.

Check the gas tanks to make sure they are full before renting them. They got the trucks mixed up. But it was no big deal, they were super nice about it.
