They took my 20 dollar deposit and charged me another 21 dollars even though we all understood that I had rented the trailer for a 24 hour period and I brought it back and checked it in within the 24 hour period. Nobody there knew how to rent out the uhauls or get them checked back in. I filed to try and get my 41 back that I was never suppose to pay. The trailer itself was already 40.95.
