If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst all around experience I have ever had using Uhaul and I have used them quite a bit over the years. No customer service skills at all, no information give or assistance given. I had to call corporate office to resolve my issues with this location. The corporate office was very nice and understanding and resolved by issues within hours. I will never return to this location, their dealer license needs to be revoked. Please choose another location even if it is further away!!!!

Melissa BThere was no gas. They declined to put atleast a quarter tank in the truck but thankful I bought a couple dollars with me or I would've been messed up. Other than that truck was ready, debris free, My mileage cost a total of 36.00 including the rental. 15 extra if you add their insurance. This was for 13 miles so keep in mind it's 0.99 plus the 1.00 environmental fee and taxes. Thank you for your services!

Javon SI left the station with oil light on and no gas cap. It was reported prior to pulling off but told by representative that it was okay. It was not until I wanted to change lanes on the freeway that I realized both outside mirrors wasn't staying in place. My 9 year old grandson had to navigate the right side of the truck for me. What a safety hazard!

The Back Of The Truck Was Filthy , It Was A Loud Beeping Noise The Whole Ride It Gave Me A Headache . And To Top It Off , They Charged My Card An Extra 30 Dollars And Didnt Tell Me

Donnella TThe inside of the U-Haul Was absolutely filthy. It took me around 10 minutes just to remove all of the trash. In addition, when I started up the vehicle, the Check Engine Light was on. I went back in and informed the clerk and he told me that he knew the light was on. First off, the vehicle probably should not be re Ted out of that light is on. Second, he should’ve told me that prior to me even getting in it.

Jason WThe truck's "check engine" light was on the entire time, but there were no noticeable performance issues. The android U-Haul app has a link to the pick up location, but both Waze and Google maps, led us to a location over one mile away. The above address of 1201 E 185th Street is correct, but that is not where the app had us going to. If people cannot locate the trucks, U-Haul will lose rental customers.

Niela PTruck was damaged on body, really no big deal. However, I was charged for gas when gas was replaced on upon returning the truck. Other charges were appied totaling $17.55 on top of original quote. If I replaced the fuel used, why am I charged fuel fee of $9.00 and all the extra charges totaling $17.55?

raven mI’ve rented a lot of trucks and I’ll never go back here. First they don’t actually check you in there, they call someone on a cell phone in between customers and are rude. The truck was not swept out when we got it. Good luck getting through the parking lot, it’s more like sink holes than pot holes.

All of the questions I had to answer, made me a little suspect. 1st truck given to me had broken side mirror, 2nd had "oil change needed" light. Last truck was a bit dirty, but worked out well. For convenience, I would recommend this location.
