They did not check-in the truck on the day I returned the truck. I got a phone call on Tuesday informing me of this. They need to make sure they check-in equipment when customers return it. Also, I don't care for the policy of using the dolly. I was told first come, first serve. There were no dollies available when I got the truck. Therefore, I was out of luck.

Viola SThe only thing was that the check engine light was on when left the station and then went off and came back on later. I did tell the attendant when I left the station and he said that the people who serviced the truck new about this. Other than that it drove ok.

Marlin RThe employee never mentioned to me that I had to take photos of the gas meter and mileage until I was returning the vehicle. I'm used to the Uhaul employees doing that part.
