This location is great to get a uhaul but the 10ft truck I had was the worst one I’ve ever had and seen! Glass all on the floor and the rear door latch was broken. I had to pay money for rope to keep the door closed. THATS UMSAFE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Yet I still had to pay for the Uhaul without a replacement. Not to mentioned I requested a dolly and there was none available!!!! Uhaul used to be top tier……what happened?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Box floor has some oil and sticky substance lining the back of the box floor corner where the mom's attic space is. I cleaned some but did not get all. I did not notice as I was rushing during checkout out and saw later once I got to my moving location that the floor was sticky and oily. The movers I hired "Property Packed LLC", from uhaul also told me the same about the oily sticky floor. This location is convenient to rent from but they do not clean their trucks. I've rented from them multiple times and the trucks are always filthy from cab to box. The customer service is okay.
CIGORNAI SThey gave me the key and told me to find it in the back. The cab was filthy. I asked a U-Haul representative to sweep out the back it was dirty as well. The cabin had a smokers smell. There were ashes all over. Looked as if it had never been whipped down. Overall unacceptable.
