There was no gas when I picked up the truck, there was trash in the cup holders and the guys who work in the gas station store there are too worried about hanging out than working. There's three guys behind the counter at any given time and they just talk to each other and ignore the customer.

Then located some kind of lockbox on the side of the building with U-Haul logos on it. No good. Phone number attached to this location kept ringing. Inquired inside of the gas station/convenience store and found it was the key dropoff location. Maybe need some clarity there.

Robert B.I rented a 10 foot box truck. Had a confirmed reservation. Arrival time was 12:30 pm. Thankfully I arrived 15 minutes early. There were no trucks available. One van was there, which I was lucky to get. The three people behind me where not as lucky and almost created a free for all. You took my reservation and my money and did not deliver. Terrible service and experience. The person at the station promised me $50.00 credit which I never received. Just bad all around..

I made my reservation at the location and when I brought the Van back and checked out I notice on the bill I was charged for full coverage which I didn't ask for, I was told that I requested it when I made the reservation on line. I told the person who check in the van I didn't request full coverage he told me I did when I made my reservation on line I told him I didn't make my reservation on line I did it at the location he told me we don't make reservations here. Again I told him I made the reservation at the location I picked up the van he told me to take it up with U Haul.

Filthy inside and smelled like dead fish. The tailgate latch was broken and the pull handle was missing. At any speeds Over 40mph the vehicle rattles vibrates so badly and pulls to the right and feels like the wheels are about to fly off. The vehicle isn't road worthy. And the vendors are not worthy of being uhaul dealers. 0 out of 5 stars on the whole experience.
William D.We as a food pantry have limited resources and depend on the trucks we rent twice a month to feed those in need, this location has a truck with 129,000 miles on it and the check engine is on. We as a business feel we should get the cream of the corp like a nice decent truck and even though we have rented from this location several times they continue to push this truck on us, and when we do get a decent truck its dirty and not maintained proplerly, which is a reflection not on them but on the brand. i do hope that this can be respolved in some way to provide better service to those who rely on your service and product
Joseph M.I ordered this uhaul weeks ago along with a furniture dolly, 2 dozen blankets, appliance and utility hand truck. When I showed up, there was no appliance hand truck and no blankets I ordered. Never called to say they wouldn't be able to provide them so I would need to make other arrangements. Nothing. It was take it or leave it attitude. Terrible experience.

Kirill F.I am not trying to be picky but I just feel that this location didn't pay much attention to the vehicles, first, we were given a truck with 128,000 miles on it and the check engine light on, plus the seats were destroyed and had seat covers on them that didn't even cover the seat. I just feel that these actions by the location are a bad reflection on your company, plus we have a corporate acct and feel that the best maintained vehicles should be allocated for these accts to keep us coming back. We use the trucks to transport food and pantry items for a food pantry and we depend heavily on the trucks
Joseph M.the check in option on your phone took 30 min to verify my photo ID. the whole point of doing it on my phone was to save time and ended up wasting it so i had to extend my reservation. it shouldn't take that long
Anthony S.This site is a busy convenience store with one clerk who doubles as the UHaul representative. There is no sign of any kind indicating that one must enter the store for UHaul service. The truck was fine, but I had to excessively maipulate it from between two other trucks to get it out of its parking place. Also, I called the number repeatedly for several days and it was never answered once. I'm 70 years old and have always used UHaul and I can say this was the worst representation of your company that I have ever experienced.

Just don't know how I getting change for 40miles ? And I didn't even adding anything to fuel when I returning the car. (Doesn't know where to complain)
