Gave me a truck with a broken passenger mirror. It was being held together with duct tape and kept moving while driving. Reported it to the guys that rented me the truck and nobody cared or spoke English.
Alicia RI had an issue with uploading the return pictures. Beginning picture rentals were taken at 6:00pm and the return was done after dark at 9:45pm. Tried multiple times but was kicked back. Vehicle was returned as it was received.
Antonio SFirst off, I booked a 20’ box truck & it wasn’t available when I arrived which caused me to make an extra trip that I didn’t need to do. When I opened the back of the box truck, the pervious renter left garbage chairs in the back. The passenger side mirror was held together with duct tape, which after a few bumps moved completely out of place on the highway. Extremely dangerous, I would not recommend this location for 2 main reasons. The fact that what I “reserved” was not there & the mirror being held together with duct tape was extremely dangerous.
Christian HI am disappointed with my experience. I was not advised that I don’t have to pay for all mileage with a 24 hour round-trip rental. I was astonished when I received the charge on my credit card because it was not correctly. Explained to me at the time I made the reservation.
