U haul needs to fix their website. I rented a 20ft truck with no notifications that it was unavailable. It wasnt until a few hours later where I received a phone and was then informed it was not available. I also returned the truck with more fuel than what was supplied, with no reimbursement for the extra fuel. Overall I would say u haul is over priced, and if available others should look elsewhere.

Not a great location to leave a vehicle while using a truck to move.
MICHAEL PTruck was not clean. Fuel was 3/4 its hard to bring back same level. I ended up filling more.
