The truck i was given had interior damage,all over and then i was charged two different priced when i brought the teuck back i was aso charger gas when i stopped right befor returning it and placed it back at correct gas milage. So no i am not happy at alljessica C.

I had no idea that my pickup location had been moved so it was extremely difficult to get my reservation. I had a voicemail left by a representative mentioning "wanting to go over some pickup information". There was no mention of a change in pickup location or I would have actually called back. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 8:30 but didn't end up getting it until 10:30 because I had to wait for the furniture store to open to speak with someone. The app was also down so this wasn't helping either. The manager at the store couldn't load my account to look at the reservation because the U-Haul website kept timing out as well, super inconvenient as I was already running behind schedule. The entire process should have gone so much smoother.Joshua M.

It would be helpful that when someone rents a truck that they know is leaving town on a one way trip for it to be full of gas. Also, putting gas in it was very difficult and that has been relayed to both uhaul and the place where i dropped it off.JEREMIAH B.

The truck was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside. We registered online and it said it was a 24hr location, we specifically scheduled to have it picked up at 8:30 only to get there and be told we cannot pick it up until 10am. The truck we were supposed to get had no gas and they almost had us take that one and have to fill it up only to switch it and give us a different one. Each step of the process was incredibly difficult. Moving is already stressful without adding in renting issues. We needed to rent another one next weekend but are seriously considering other options.Evan M.
The customer service was absolutely nonexistent. There was an actual cigarette put out in the dash, the cab had a large box of trash. When informed of the condition of the uhaul the representative shrugged and said â€œhuh, that's weirdâ€. It was single digits temperatures and none of the equipment was ready despite a prearranged pick up time. It took an extra 30 minutes to warm the truck, scrape ice, clean the garbage and debris from the uhaul, etc. This was a terrible location.Christopher G.
Tires were at the end of their lifespan and the windshield wipers were as well. (It was snowing today). The app was garbage. It took multiple attempts to check out and I was unable to return the vehicle via the app. The app wouldn't accept the picture of the odometer and fuel. (Android 12 running on a Google pixel 6 pro). I would seek out a larger location to avoid the app in the future. The app would have been convenient had it worked.Gavin C.

The process of checking in and checking out was very difficult. I have used the actual uhaul business site before(not pick up zone) and it was easy. Thankfully I had my friend with me and for some reason it worked on her phone. If not for that I wouldn't have been able to do it. Won't do that again.Chelsey B.

Ensure that when the customer is told to initial a box, they explain it is for the condition of the truck, not that I paid for insurance. Make sure the truck has working AC and that the doghouse is insulated and not burning hot when being driven farther than 10 miles.Tory D.

I was pleasantly surprised. It's been awhile since i rented a UHaul truck and wasn't aware of this location in Spokane. It was extremely convenient for where I was workging. Tim and Dave were excellent to work with. Quality and value of the truck rental were excellent. I used them for two different jobs this past week and will probably need to use them again in the near future.Dan S.

Returning the truck the computer thought I was a day late but our rental agent was wonderful! He made some calls and got it all straighten out. I compared prices with other companies & Uhaul was by far the best. Easy, affordable insurance, great rates, good equipment, easy pick up & return and unsurpassed customer service! Everyone at this location were very friendly and accommodating. I guess the only thing was I had to pick up the truck at a different location than the one I reserved on line. But that is not uhauls fault. Sometimes you just don't know if the truck will be returned on time.susan F.
