The online registration did not work properly. I called Deborah at the store and she took care of setting up the rental. The online was saying there was not a one rental available and she had 3 6x12 trailers. I also had tried to do an online in Walterboro and It said there was a 6x 12 available for one way. I called the store and the guy said he had a 6x12 but it was only for local rental. Not very happy about your online registration. It gave me bad information twice. My experience with 174 Quick Stop was great because she took the time to help me get a rental setup.

This place was great, very friendly service. When I needed to adjust my rental time it was no problem. This location was inside a small convenience store and carried with it a strong sense of community everyone that came in left with a smile. Honestly it was refreshing to visit an establishment that did not make you feel like you were inconveniencing them while purchasing something. Great job at this location if there were more stars I would have given all that were offered A++

Uhaul trailers are not easy for self drop off due to not have a hitch being able to raise, it is a manual lift which is very heavy for a female, I am unable to lift the trailers myself. Uhaul needs to make these trailer easier for individuals who can't lift.

I was forced to go 70 miles to pick up the Truck b/c "no other facilities had the truck" I requested and guaranteed a week before.
