I called customer service. The tires had no air and the tire pressure was alarming. There was less than a quarter tank of gas. Less than 50 miles of driving. I had no choice but to take it because there were no other vans and I had to immediately go to a gas station for gas and air in the tires. Additionally, they put the wrong mileage on my invoice and put the mileage lower than it was so it looked like I drove more miles. Even though there is a picture uploaded that clearly has the mileage. Both this location and the U-Haul service was bad as no one has reached out to me to correct the issue.

The process took forever- almost 52 minutes. If there are issues using out of state license, you should tell people that. Also, the website kept going down so documents and photos could not be uploaded.
crystal wAll was fine except the check in and check out - worst app i have EVER used - does NOT work. i checked in 20 times without success and it took 5 days to address - HORRID experience tech wise. -10/20 for tech..... BAD BAD BAD. Also No blankets etc. I have to spend hours on the phone to address and in person. VERY frustrating.
NOEL AI waited 45 min in the coldest weather in NY, to get the van, the one guy that work at the parking garage location is not even payed by u-hall, another reason why I had to wait so long. Also u guys charged me for the $30 protections that I didn't ask for. The person that I got on the phone to help me after 20min wait was very helpful. And the unpaid guy as well, but still took 45 min of my time on the freezing cold.
victor RPerson at front desk gave no information to help pick up vehicle. Vehicle had no gas in car, the gauge E (empty)light was on. When I asked about it the person at desk said if I have a problem call the company. Never use this service again. Very stressful experience
Steven KNothing was prepared. This location is not prepared to deal with uhaul reservations. I had to spend an hour in a chat and a call to get my van ready. Also there is only one person in this location that only speaks Spanish… thank goodness I speak a little bit.
Andre NYou online system for ordering and returning trucks is a mess. I hate renting from you because it's not clear how to do it. Most important is hard to locate (online) when you have get the truck and then returning and the emails with instructions are not clear at all. Location and staff were great and same was the truck. I hope this helps.
